Welcome to Sunflower at the beautiful Bradenton Beach Club! Just across the street from the beach with two heated pools for our guests to use while vacationing in paradise!

This spacious unit is beautifully furnished leaving very little to pack. Relax in the living room and watch your favorite program or the complimentary WiFi that is provided.

Make yourself at home with the fully-equipped, open kitchen with dishwasher. Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the breakfast bar while planning your day or cook up your catch of the day for dinner and enjoy as a family at the large dining table!
The main bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed and a ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a set of twin-sized beds that also have the option to be converted into a king. This lovely condo also contains a den with a bunk bed for the kids to enjoy.

Take full advantage of a private, screened in balcony off the living area. perfect for playing cards or just sipping a glass of wine after a sunshine filled day!

Washer and dryer, all linens, and beach towels are provided.
The complex extends from the Gulf Beach to a delightful dock on the bay! Come see the sunsets, you will be back time and time again! Enjoy the feel of sand between your toes, collect seashells or spot dolphins from the shore!
Sunflower has it's own parking spot under the building and an elevator.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was excellent! It was spacious with a full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. It also has a full dining room, living room and screened in balcony porch. The beach is a 5 minute walk across the street, very convenient. The rental has a beach wagon with chairs and an umbrella too. All linens included, even beach towels! Just show up & enjoy! Great rental! We’ll be back and I highly recommend!

Spacious Centrally located Condo

The condo was big and in a good location. The bed and bedding could have been more comfortable but overall it worked.

Great place!

The place was exactly as described on the listing! The layout was great! The location was perfect! Our children had the best time being able to utilize the pool and beach. We also enjoyed the wooden swing at the bay. It was an amazing and relaxing getaway. The only complaint we have is that the queen bed was pretty uncomfortable.. It had a mattress topper on it that wasn’t fitting properly, so at times you celt like you were on a slant. Otherwise, very happy with our stay! Would definitely stay her again! Unfortunately it’s already booked when we want to come back.

Overall great stay

We had a wonderful Christmas on Anna Marie island. The location of unit is great, close to the beach and easy walking distance of good restaurants. The trolley stop is close by making getting around the island easy and convenient . The beds aren't super conformable and some furniture and decor could use some updating. Overall, I would recommend.

Family Vacay

Loved it here! The place was clean and tidy! The pictures showed an extra room however there wasnt one. Every appliance worked. Water was hot (shower water took a bit to go down the drain) and felt amazing after a long day in the heat. Alot of placea nearby to walk to. Especially the beach and bayside. Enjoyed it very much!

Nice but could use a few updates

Overall condo was perfect size and so close to the beach. The elevator was broken so made it hard to get luggage up stairs and beach wagon full of chairs down the stairs without help . The floors were a little dirty but I cleaned them up. Took about 2 days for fridge and freezer to get really cold but worked well after that. Multiple beach chairs , wagon , large cooler and umbrella was available . Parking spot was not convenient and tight so we parked outside which was fine. Very minimal in home so if you plan to cook inside will need to bring all spices , foil etc, along with additional garbage bags . Overall we had a great time. The pools were nice and just a few steps across the road to the beach which was so beautiful. Perfect size for our family of 6. Master bed a little uncomfortable and no pillows cases for the extra pillows so we used clean tshirts .

Great Vacation Spot!

Great central location on Anna Maria Island! Easy Beach access and great pool and hot tub areas. It was nice to have a choice between a beachside pool and another pool/hot tub on the bayside of the street. Roomy end unit with big living/dining and kitchen area and big screened in lanai. Unit is located right at the top of the steps on the second floor. Elevator available at opposite end of building. Nice and quiet the beginning of January. Walkable to several restaurants and everything at Bridge St. is only a short distance away.

Great place to enjoy some relaxing family time

Loved the place. Not immaculate, but clean enough… I’ve seen worse! Could have been more clear in ad about amenities and where to park. It didn’t specify whether there was a grill (there wasn’t), just said some properties have them, some don’t. The location was fantastic, and the property was well stocked, although it would be nice to provide at least enough shampoo and coffee for the first day (we didn’t arrive until after 11:00 pm). We really enjoyed the hot tub!

I would suggest you being a few rolls of toilet paper, garbage bags, air freshener and Kleenex. We had to buy these on the island. The condo is spacious and comfortable.

Good location, needs updating

It was convenient to the beach. There was no view though of the beach. It was very outdated and the kitchen was ill equipped for cooking. Old appliances. The beds were very hard. We never did find a hose on the building to hose off beach gear. The rental property was helpful when the laundry door fell off but no one ever came to get rid of bugs in the bedroom. We won’t stay here again.

Nice, convenient, but not quite as described

This condo was convenient to a lot of restaurants, things to do, and the beach, and we enjoyed the saltwater pool. Our biggest problem was the 2 twins equal a king claim. The bed frames prevented the mattresses from meeting, and the twin mattresses weren't extra long, so my 6'4" adult son and his wife were not comfortable. I would just stick with calling that bedroom a "2 twin" bedroom.

Excellent Stay at the Sunflower Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the Sunflower condo in April / May 2023. We had a fantastic stay and couldn't have asked for any more! The location is perfect, right across the road from the beach and the pools are nice and warm for when the kids preferred the pool. The condo is also around a 15 minute walk from Bridge St., which has shops and bars, and there is a bus stop right outside for the free Anna Maria trolley. The condo has everything you could need, the kitchen is well stocked and there are lots of beach equipment such as chairs, tents and toys for kids. The apartment complex was very quiet, which we really appreciated. Florida Dreams were very responsive when I had questions leading up to the stay, and the check in and check out process was very easy.

I stayed at this property a couple years ago and it was nice. This time not so good. Not happy.

I was really disappointed with unit 220 this year. It was listed as totally renovated. It was NOT. There was new LR furniture and that's it. The primary BR literally had the same bedspread as was there 2 years ago when we stayed in the unit. There were multiple things broken- the ice maker, the garbage disposal- which we had to call to get fixed due to a clog in the sink, the towel hanger in the bathroom kept falling off the wall. AND the kitchen appointments were far less impressive than when we stayed before. I literally had 2 TINY skillets to cook for a family of 4. It was ridiculous. Not sure what happened from then to now but we won't be staying in this unit again. Sorry...

We loved everything about this stay.

We loved everything about this stay. -The local management company was extremely helpful and responsive to everything. We had a leaky faucet and needed a few light bulbs. Help was quick and everyone was kind. -The condo is very nicely furnished and stocked. There are plenty of kitchen utensils and materials to cook every day. The rooms have plenty of linens . There are bath towels and beach towels provided. There's extra beach equipment to help you enjoy. The furniture is all very comfortable. You can tell the owner puts care and thought into their property. -The location is fantastic. The walk to the beach and pool are extremely short. My elderly parents and young kids did not have any trouble enjoying things. -The stairs are barely noticeable. Just a short flight. -The internet is fast and the TV’s have plenty of channels. -Publix and Walgreen’s are close by. Wal-Mart is not far either. Grocery pickup is a plus. -The porch is a nice place to have coffee and do some reading. The fact that it is screened is nice. We were able to avoid bugs. Also, we could let towels dry without worrying that things would blow around. We normally stay in the 30A area, but this will take the place of those trips. Great vacation!

Disappointing

We have stayed at BBC many times - all different condos & have been very happy until this year - the dishes in cabinets were dirty - we ended up buying plastic dishes because it was gross, knives so dull they barely cut anything, numbers on dials on stove mostly worn off, so a guessing game as to which burner it managed, ice maker did NOT work, refrigerator door broken & always swung fully open banging the wall, which was loud & disruptive to folks sleeping in front bedroom, shower towels so cheap & scratchy it was almost painful to use them - dining room chair had tape over cushions to cover rips, door to den or third bedroom came off track when we tried to use - so we were stuck twice in that room, told condo came with 4 chairs & a wagon - only one broken chair was in condo - called & left message about this - no one called back but the next day when we returned from beach late that afternoon - someone had entered condo & placed 3 chairs inside - only after we decided to rent chairs & wagon - although condo was clean, the appliances and furniture were old & overall very disappointing- would not stay in this particular condo again-

VRBO and the hosts were amazing - really accommodative and responsive to any questions and issues we had. We had been meaning to travel in May 2025, but due to a serious injury in our party, we moved the trip to October. Florida Dreams Realty of AMI, Inc (or FDR as I call them) were very understanding and supported us in changing our booking to October and any questions we had before and during the rental. We normally stay at Runaway Bay, which is next door to Bradenton Beach Club (BBC), but we needed a place that slept 5 people in 3 bedrooms. Sunflower 220 at BBC fit the bill perfectly. I would recommend some improvements to the fittings in the property though - new furniture in the balcony, as 3 of the chairs couldn't be used (2 had wonky legs due to rust and age and 1 chair had sank in the middle). Master bedroom mattress needs replacing - it had 2 mattress toppers, but that didn't help its comfort factor. A few drawers in the property either got jammed or were wonky. All in all, not a deal breaker, but fixing these things would just level up the property and allow the hosts to charge a higher rate (IMO).Facilities were great, the 2 pools and the jacuzzi - never too busy and got lots of sunshine. And it was nice to have access to the pool on the beach side as well as the bay side and the private walkway to the beach too.Elevator still not working, which is a struggle when you're trying to bring your suitcases up to your apartment, but we managed.
