This beautiful one bedroom completely upgraded oceanfront top (3rd) floor condo provides amazing views, sounds of the ocean and palms. Being a top floor condo there are no worries about noise from neighbors in condos above this one. This condo has all new stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, new cupboards/countertops, and all new flooring. All windows are upgraded vinyl windows and sliders that provide for clear visibility and smooth operation. This condo is beautifully furnished in Hawaiian decor and includes 4 new wireless remote-controlled ceiling fans that provide for quiet air movement in multiple speeds based on your comfort needs and dimming LED lights built into each fan. This condo is awaiting the opportunity to provide the environment that brings relaxation and enjoyment to the guests who stay here.

Sunrise, Sunset

One of the few places in Hawaii that I've found where you can watch sunrise with a cup of coffee on your lanai in the morning and then in the afternoon just walk a few steps with a glass of wine to join new friends at the point while you watch the sunset.I've come every year for the past five seasons ever since the unit was purchased and renovated by the current owners. But they haven't let it slide. They have been adding new touches and furnishings as time goes by. I should add that lately I've been struggling at home with a stiff back in the morning -- that is, until I slept in this bed for the past six weeks. It was amazing. Loved it. Otherwise, the other positive reviews that this property has received are, if anything, understated. A true Aloha experience.

So Beautiful!

Seeing Maui and lana’i in the background while whales are jumping and splashing around. Only way to describe the beauty of the island is Beautiful In every way. Place was clean, host were great. Will be back again and again. Thank you so much!!

Wonderful & Kind owners

Day I was to leave, storms grounded all aircraft. The new renters could not arrive and I could not leave. They allowed me to pay another cleaning fee and I had a place to stay. It was truly a heartwarming, kind and blessing for this 75 year old traveling alone. Wonderful owners

Great location in perfect condo

Our second visit to Molokai and to Wavecrest. It’s not for everyone but we love it! Condo balcony with ocean/channel view. Well-stocked condo, espresso kitchen. Everything you need to quiet Hawaiian experience. Of course, you’re 13 miles from “town” but that’s part of the charm. We will return for sure! Loved the selection of DVD/movies!

Quiet and relaxing.

Lovely property. The owners cleaning person is only doing the minimum. The baseboards in the bathroom were actually dirty. This did not keep us from enjoying our time there. Many days we had the pool to ourselves. The surrounding grounds were well kept.

Beautiful Molokai

Could be a 5 Star

I really wanted to give this a 5 star. The property was in a lovely area and the unit itself was nice and well appointed. The only downfall was the overall cleanliness. The owners were quick to respond and because of that, I’m totally willing to give it a 2nd chance. The view is magnificent, very quiet complex, large kitchen with lots of cooking tools and appliances. The only items that I feel would be nice to have had were a couple beach chairs and a small cooler.

Best views on the property

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view. Watched and viewed 🐋 everyday. The scenery was beautiful on the island. It was the most relaxing three week vacation ever. Loved Molokai !!

Perfect stay!

We loved our stay on Molokai. We’re convinced this particular unit, in this building, in this complex, must be one of the best places on the whole island! The view, access to amenities, the fully stocked kitchen, comfy bed, great lanai furniture… all so perfect! Randy and Lisa were great with communication and were so helpful with tips. We rarely return to the same spot, but this one could be one we come back to again and again. So thankful for this time!

The bed was super soft, like a marshmallow. We saw they had a piece of cheap foam on top of an older mattress. We knew this set-up would cause aches and pains. Thus, we opted to spend our nights on the pull-out, which was a bag of springs, that had no support and sagged toward the middle. Because of this we slept poorly! Such a bummer! This tainted our stay! On a positive note, we were allowed to check in early, which was extremely helpful and appreciated.

Great location, beautiful views

Nicest place on Molokai. We were there for a wedding and really enjoyed this place. Fully equipped, clean and a beautiful view. There is no better place to stay on the island. Really, it's awesome.

Great condo but no hot water for the first 2 days

This condo is very well appointed, kitchen is updated and has spices, plenty of dishes, knives, etc. unfortunately, the condominium complex was having trouble with their hot water boiler and we didn’t have hot water for two days

Wonderful stay on Molokai

This condo is just as advertised. Beautiful, well kept, clean, quiet and furnished with everything you need. The view is incredible and so nice to sit on the Lanai in the morning watching the sunrise. Being on the top floor brings in the cool tropical breeze. We had relatives staying in a ground floor condo at the same complex and we could definitely feel the inside temperature difference between this unit and theirs. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when our travels bring us to Molokai.

Million Dollar View -- And DVD's

My evaluation of my stay can be summed up in the following: I was the second guest in this unit 3 years ago. I've been back every year since. I have booked a month again for next year. Million dollar view both from the lanai and from the living area. In addition to the bedroom in the back of the unit, the couch in the living area pulls out to a full bed right next to the sliding screened doors for anyone who enjoys listening to the ocean and rustling palms as you sleep. Bonus. If you hit a rainy streak, there are more than 200 DVD's of all the classic films included in the unit.

Excepcional view and location

The condo was perfect! Location and view exceeded our expectación! The home was clean, bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything! It's a short drive to the grocery stores. We enjoyed our stay! An extra bounus was bingo on Wednesday and live music on the weekend. The condo was also very quiet and we can't say enough about the views!! Highly reccomend!!! Thankyou!

Fantastic Place

We were looking for rest and relaxation and we found it. The condo was wonderful. Private lanai with views of Maui and Lanai. The unit was complete with everything we needed. Would definitely go back.

Best place on Molokai

This condo was absolutely perfect and the owners were just wonderful to deal with. The view from balcony is stunning… sadly we didn’t see any whales but being able to see both sunrise and sunset is amazing. Condo was updated and had every modern convenience. I would love to come back to this lovely island but would only stay here. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay here!

Randy and I reside in the Pacific Northwest and love the beauty of the outdoors, sunshine and traveling. We found the natural beauty of Molokai to be a slice of paradise and wanted to make it a bigger part of our lives. In Molokai we can enjoy some of our favorite outdoor activities like hiking and kayaking any time of the year. It is also the perfect place to go to get away from the busy-ness of the city.

We visited three of the Hawaiian islands, Oahu, Maui, and Molokai on our honeymoon. We fell in love with Molokai because of its natural beauty and relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The first time we visited, Lisa stated that she couldn't remember a time she felt so relaxed. It was Lisa's brother and sister-in-law who told us about the best kept secret in Hawaii--Molokai. We're excited to be able to share our 'slice of paradise' with others. We hope you'll love Molokai as much as we do.
We love the location of this condo because it offers an ocean view from the main living area and from the third (top) floor where the views seem to go on forever. It is amazing to wake up to the sun rising over Maui. From the lanai we can sip a morning cup of coffee while whale watching in the winter months or just enjoy the spectacular view. In the evenings we can sit on the lanai with our favorite cocktail, talk to our friends and see the lights across the ocean on Maui.
Because the condo is on the top floor, we do not have to worry about noise from a condo above ours. This makes our condo very quiet and relaxing.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We chose this condo specifically because it is right next door to the 2 bedroom condo (VRBO #670337) we also own. This will allow for larger families or friends to visit Molokai together and be right across the hall from one another.
