Livingroom/Kitchen, Deck and Porches overlook CeNita Vineyards and CeNita Venue. HotTub on the back porch affords privacy, while still offering beautiful views. The Deck is large and the Grill on the front porch with seating areas. There are plenty of living spaces, inside and out. Dining table seats 8 - 10 people. The bedrooms are good sized and have T.V.s in each room. As this was CeNita Owner's first home on the property, while they were planting and building the vineyards and winery, it is insulated, comfortable and, now, your home away from home.

We absolutely loved our stay. The property was very clean and accommodating for our 7 adults and 1 dog. My family commented often about how much they enjoyed the quiet and peacefulness of the property during Christmas week. Will definitely think of this property if in need of lodging in this area again.

Breathtaking

My family and I booked this location last minute for the 4th of July weekend. This was the most incredible property we have ever stayed at. The property owner was extremely kind and welcoming and she made sure we had everything we needed. The property itself was indescribable. The views from the back porch looked like they were something out of a movie. The photos on VRBO do not do this property justice. We will definitely be returning.

The property is nice. Vineyard is gorgeous. Not much around to do but that makes it even more special when enjoying family time.

Excellent Location! 4.5 / 5 stars

This house is perfect for two types of traveling parties: A family that has 4 or less kids, or A party of 4 (such as two couples) It is maybe 40ish steps from the tasting room - the red building in the photos (as of this review) are not the tasting room, but the wedding venue. The tasting room is out the front door. This wasn't an issue at any time b/c they currently close at 6 pm so nights were VERY quiet and peaceful. Our kids enjoyed the playground and my wife had a couple of tastings. I should note we left the tasting room a 5-star review on Google and it's awesome for families b/c parents can taste and kids can play with space to run. The house does have its own parking for two cars without issue, even on a day when the tasting room might be full of people. Layout: Upstairs, it's two bedrooms, one with the master en suite (and the shower is quite nice) + another room with two beds and a bathroom down short hallway. Downstairs, it has one bedroom with a door + the downstairs common room (which the stairs feed into) has two beds. So, two beds downstairs with no door + the enclosed bedroom downstairs does NOT connect to the bathroom, so you have to exit the bedroom, go through the main downstairs room, and then into the bathroom. The downstairs also doesn't have central heat / air, not too big an issue with provided space heaters but noting so other travelers aren't surprised. Things we liked: Very clean, well kept, excellent location (20 mins from downtown Helen, less than 20 mins to a ton of good hiking and/or wineries). Proactive communication from the owners. Gorgeous views, including some good stargazing at night! We even met the owners, who were lovely, while enjoying a glass of wine at the tasting room. Ways to improve: The main area upstairs could use some dark curtains or blinds b/c in the morning, the sun was shining directly into the room and blinded us during breakfast. The listing could be updated to better show where the tasting room is - we were a bit confused when we arrived that the tasting room was so close. Overall, would we stay here again? Yes! Just wouldn't invite some others in my family to join so that everyone who is there has some privacy.

Amazing place

This house was perfect. From the moment we arrived we were in awe. The view and the hospitality were more than expected. Playground, hot tub, large kitchen table for games, bikes, basketball, fire pit and so much more. The venue would be amazing for weddings! And the wine at the vineyard was amazing. This is a must stay vacay.

Beautiful location and well furnished and equipped.

The view from the deck is stunning. The configuration of rooms was difficult to figure out on the website, but worked very well for our large family group. All rooms were well-equipped. Owner was responsive and check-in and out was easy.

Beautiful property

We felt away from it all - but also close enough to enjoy Helen, Anna Ruby falls and Babyland! On a rainy day, an afternoon wine tasting just steps from a porch was perfect. The house is cozy with lots of great outdoor space.

Amazing Vineyard Views!

The pictures don’t do the property justice. It’s IN the vineyard! Owners are personable and helpful. Amenities are great. We had a girls weekend that was just perfect.

Relaxing Day at CeNita vineyard and winery

Such a wonderful and relaxing days at CeNita vineyard and winery . The scenery is so beautiful and peaceful. Carol,the owner is so nice and accommodating and even gave us free plants. We really had a blast. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Amazing Spring Break!

My family had a great get-away from it all trip. The house was awesome. The views were even better! Check in was simple. We had fires in the fire pit, relaxing soaks in the hot tub, the kids loved on Buddy (the winery dog) and enjoyed the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the fantastic porch. I could not be happier with our stay. Thank you for a great relaxing spring break!

Beautiful Views

We booked this property last minute after our first booking was a huge disappointment. The owner was fantastic and turned the house around from the previous occupants on Easter Sunday in a few hours ! The house is perfect for our family The view from the back deck over the vineyard is amazing. Looking forward to going back there soon.

Best.Time.Ever.

Every year on Thanksgiving all the girls in my family leave the guys behind to go to the mountains for our annual "Girls Trip". I can honestly say that this year was my most favorite (we've been doing this for almost 30 years!) Loved the house, loved the location, loved the winery, loved Carol, and LOVED BUDDY! You literally step out the front door and you are at the winery. The whole property is gorgeous! There was even a wedding at the Venue Saturday night. We sat out on the side deck and looked across the vineyard and watched the wedding...beautiful. As far as location, Cleveland was a short 5 minute drive (which is where the town shopping is and right off the square is Ingles). House was great and slept all of us just fine. The den was large enough for all 11 of us to do the congo line to "Put the Lime in the Coconut" and thank goodness the neighbors were far away because when Abba's "Dancing Queen" came on...oh my goodness...I think we all were hoarse from singing by the time the song finished. Just an all around wonderful time at a wonderful place. Will definitely be back...if Carol will have us....

Lovely time

We took our daughter and her husband up with us for a visit before she starts teaching 2nd grade. Our middle son lives in DC and he flew down too. After we were there. Carol and Greg were wonderful as was our stay.

Bridal party weekend

We had an amazing time! This is an absolutely stunning location with a beautiful view of vineyards and mountains from the back deck. It was the perfect spot for us to celebrate a wedding weekend. It’s right next to the tasting room too, so you can walk up to the vineyard to enjoy some wine tasting as well. Very clean and the owners are very responsive and made sure we comfortable . I highly recommend a stay here ! :)
