Sorry to hear that Dennis! Arizona is dusty and maybe there was no booking for a long time before you checked in and that's why it might have been dusty. I am from Canada and I visit Arizona every six months. If I were in Arizona I would have checked it before you checked in. Also, I wish you told me it wasn't clean, I would have sent my cleaning crew again to clean it for you. You knew that I was responding fast and was taking care of your concerns. You never mentioned the cleaning issue.

Rick, I didn't take money from your credit card. VRBO is in charge of all finance and credit cards. I am confident that all guests reading this know that the host has no access to your credit cards. This is an unfair review. Also, my cleaning service who works with me for two years reported to me those tears on the bedsheet with pictures. She checks everything after she cleans the condo and she looks for damage every time a guest leaves. This is how it works. We make sure no sheets are old, torn, or have any stains on them. We check that everything else in the kitchen is not broken or missing before the new guests check in. I checked on you every once in a while and asked you if you need anything or if there was anything we can do to make your stay better, but never complained about anything. I was sure that you enjoyed your stay and our service, but sorry to hear that you are disappointed over this. We were just following the rules. The rules are the same for all guests. I have paid for damages in the hotels or Airbnb stays as well. This is a standard rule.
