First floor: 3 showers, 3 WCs, 4 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 queen bed, 1 single bed, en-suite shower room/WC, 1 queen bed, en-suite shower room/WC, 1 queen bed, 2 single beds, dressing room), bathroom (bath and shower), Wi-Fi. Private grounds of 5000 m², terrace (garden furniture, barbecue). Shared facilities reserved for gîte guests: unheated lap pool (4x15m) open in July, August, and September, terraces, fruit trees. Hiking trails, cycle path, and river fishing nearby. Optional extras: End-of-stay cleaning: €80/stay; Bed linen rental (1 or 2 people): €10/bed/stay; Towel rental: €8/person/stay.

Additional charges: Tourist tax, heating package (electric + underfloor heating) €15/day (payable to the owner).

From Fontenay le Comte, head towards La Rochelle. At the motorway roundabout, follow Marans, do not take the 1st right (Chaix/Auzay). Take the 2nd road towards Chaix. At the stop sign, go straight. At the Y junction, keep left and drive 2.5 km to the hamlet of Brillac: this is the penultimate house on the left (n°97). Coming from the A83, exit n° 8 then as above.
