The apartment, which comfortably accommodates up to 6 people, is set on a lively main street, well served by public transport and within walking distance of the Catacombs of San Gennaro and the staircase to the Bosphorus of Capodimonte, home to the famous museum. It is 800 meters from the National Archaeological Museum, near which, in addition to the metro stop, there is the entrance to the historic center of the city. Being located outside the restricted traffic area (ZTL) it is always possible to reach the property with its own car.

Completely refurbished and furnished trying to provide everything we, as guest, would like to find in a similar structure. We have two bedrooms with double beds that we can make single on request, a comfortable sofa bed in the kitchen / living room, and a single bed sized bed pouf which, depending on the need, can be located at different points of the ' flat. In some cases, when the number of guests is reduced to a bedroom and a bathroom may be kept closed, but we always guarantee access to that provided with a washing machine. The kitchen is stocked with sets of cutlery, plates and glasses, and is equipped with both an electric oven and a microwave oven. Inside the apartment is strictly forbidden to smoke and the only smoking areas are the balconies. Pets are not allowed.

Guests will be welcomed at the time of their arrival and will try to satisfy, where possible, special needs. Any request for advice or suggestions for your stay is well accepted and will be made as exhaustive as possible. During the stay they will be able to contact me if need be.

In compliance with the provisions of the municipality of Naples, guests will have to pay a tourist tax, which applies to those over 14 years, of € 2.50 per person per night up to a maximum of 14 nights, not included in the price the apartment. Upon check-in guests will be provided a courtesy kit, after which they will be responsible for finding soaps and hygiene products. Towels may vary depending on the length of your stay.
Along the Amedeo Savoie Course you can park for free when there is availability, or, for more peace of mind, you can arrange with a private garage adjacent to the palace generally closed at noon to 6 am and on public holidays from 2 pm At 17:00.

Guests are kindly required respect for both home and neighborhood
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Please only consume food and drink in the kitchen, avoiding to make it in bed. The washing machine should only be used with suitable detergents to prevent any possible failure.
Guests will not have to wash the linen provided before check-out.
In case of keys lost, guests will be charged for the replacement of the lock.
Any damage to the facility or furniture will have to be reimbursed at the replacement or repair cost.
In the apartment, for security reasons, only persons present at check-in or specified in the reservation are allowed.
In compliance with anti-terrorism laws, the documents will be checked and the guests registered.
Pets are not allowed.

Within a few meters from the palace you can find delicacies, pastries and bars that also offer home delivery services, a bank, a post office, a pharmacy and home improvement stores. Not to be underestimated is the possibility of ordering pizzas and pizzas varied at home by two of the best pizzerias in Naples: Starita a Materdei and Pizzeria Oliva from Concettina to the Three Saints.

The apartment is very close to the tourist attractions of Capodimonte. Very impressive is the visit of one of the most beautiful areas of Naples: the Health District. Walking along the Amedeo of Savoy, passing through Via Santa Teresa degli Scalzi, you reach the very important Archeological Museum, from which you can reach both the streets of the historic center and the famous Via Roma that leads to Piazza del Plebiscito and to the streets of Most renowned shopping.
