The ground floor condo offers a direct condo access from the attached garage for convenience and ease. Sleeps 6 with a king in the master, two twins in the second bedroom (which can be converted to a king upon request) and queen sleeper sofa. Amazing resort pool hot tub and fitness center. The condo has everything you will need to make your stay comfortable and accommodating. The unit is upgraded with features such as granite, marble, wood flooring, travertine and much more. Brand new in 2019, this condo is completely stocked with all new furniture, linens, electronics and kitchen amenities for you to enjoy! We loved our stay here - the condo was so well stocked with everything we needed from toilet rolls to laundry detergent to coolers for the beach.The location couldn't be beaten either - walkable to so many restaurants and the beach.We used the pool and the gym which were both great also.

It was just a short drive to the beach (less than 5 min), shopping and restaurants. After exploring the island, we loved to hang out by the pool. We also appreciated the beach gear in the garage for our days at the beach.

Wonderful stay in Kauai!

We booked this for a family trip to Kauai and were very pleased. The location is wonderful, and the rooms and grounds were as clean and beautiful as Disneyland! Communication between the host was excellent from the time of booking through checkout. Highly recommend this charming, clean, and lovely location.

Beautiful home in the perfect location!

This home was amazing and had everything we needed to have a wonderful 9 day beach vacation in Kauai. The location is ideal and all communication with the property manager was seamless. I’d highly recommend and hope to come back soon!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed with the cockroach situation. We arrived to find them in the bedroom closet but mostly in the kitchen. We made a snack one night and in the short amount of time it took us to eat, there were a few cockroaches around the stove. Thankfully, we didn't need to cook much because we ate most meals at our friends' rental at Pili Mai. There were also hairs on the bathroom counter which didn't suggest it was thoroughly cleaned.

Getaway in Poipu

This is a great place to be for a relaxing time on Kauai. It is walkable to many shops and Poipu beach. The property is well stocked with everything needed for relaxing and cooking. The beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, umbrella and kids snorkel gear are great additions that made our stay more enjoyable.

Amazing Place!

This place is exactly as described and seen in the pictures. The location is great and nice and quiet, it’s very close to the cantina, and a very short walk down the path to an awesome coffee shop. The Lanai is amazing, we used it every single morning and evening. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need, there were plenty of linens and towels provided and the beach gear was in great shape and made our beach days very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious and clean. I highly recommend and will be staying here again next time we make it back to Kauai!

Wonderful stay in Poipu!

We enjoyed visiting with family on Kauai and Pili Mai was the perfect location. The condo was large, including both lanai areas and met all of our needs. Mahalo!

Poipu time

We did not spend any time on the property. Did Wiamea Canyon, Poipu village and beach. We enjoyed our unit. Good size for 4 adults. 2 large bathrooms. Great kitchen. Loved the lanai but were not aware it was so close to the road.

A Hidden Gem

The condo was perfectly located about 1/2 mile to the beach and shopping. It has a very peaceful setting and was great to relax in a very well-stocked place--including boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, laundry and just about anything you might need. We loved the layout and can't wait to go again. Not sure who was in charge of the weather, but it was perfect as well!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was one of the most amazing condos we have stayed in from all our Hawaii vacations. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary. The condo is 2 bd 3 bath and had a huge kitchen that was stocked with everything you need for your family. We love the huge lanai with the sunrise and sunset views and enjoying breakfast on the Lanai with the roosters. The master bedroom was huge and comfortable with the most comfortable bed we hav ever slept on. I am very particular about beds. The condo is quiet and beautifully landscaped. It's so close to restaurants and Poipu Beach. We love Poipu as it's near everything. We will be back in a few years with our family for a family vacation. Thank you for making our 25th anniversary vacation special. We do recommend a cleaning of the mold on the bathroom shower door but everything else was perfect.

Dirty condo and the worst communicator

We arrived at the entire condo was disgusting. Pubic hair and dead bugs in the bathroom. Dirty refrigerator that hasn’t been wiped clean. Sand and dirt in corners of the floor and soap residue and hair in the main bathroom! They don’t communicate well so be prepared to not hear from them! I will never stay at another vacation by reality again!
