Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Nice Gated Community

We enjoyed staying in the Bahama Bay Community. It was nicely located to the Disney parks. While on the Bahama Bay grounds, it was nice to have the walking trails, the pool and other activities so accessible. We would certainly consider staying here again!

Wonderful experience

The home was beautiful and very spacious for our needs. It was very clean inside and the property outside was nice as well. We really loved all the amenities the resort offered. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely book again

Family 4th of July Vacation

This is our third time at this resort. Each time we stayed in a different condo. The customer service is always good. The condo we stayed in was clean and supplied everything we needed. We recommend this booking.

Lovely, but wished for elevator

Very spacious and well stocked. The biggest downside we had was the lack of an elevator to carry luggage, etc. to the third floor.

Great beach/pool area and large master bathroom. Rest of the home needs work.

The saving graces of this place were the beach and pool area and the large master bathroom. Both of which are phenomenal. The pool bar served great food and drinks and the large master bathroom provided ample room for all four of us girls to get ready together which we loved. However, the rest of the unit was severely lacking. Dead bugs everywhere, stains on the sheets, beds were hard as a rock. The kitchen was a joke. There was no skillet and the spatula was so flimsy you couldn't even flip an egg or pancake with it. They provided EMPTY salt and pepper shakers for you, I guess so that you could fill them up yourself?? Thankfully we had only planned to cook two meals there because it was nearly impossible to do even that. I had to cook eggs and pancakes in a soup pot because of the lack of kitchen items. Overall the place was just fine, I think with some improvements it has the potential to be a nice place.

Don’t go here

So many things were wrong with this place. We had to use the oven for heat (in the 40’s), smashed glass on patio, shower head fell off, blinds wouldn’t open and I could go on but I don’t want to relive it.

Pros and cons

This was a great location in terms of safety and very clean. It's in a gated vacation resort with all condos. No elevators so keep that in mind This one was 3 flights of stairs. The place was nice with really pretty decor and had utensils to cook. No seasonings or oil and only small salt and pepper like for your meal. Only one time amount of coffee, dishwasher, laundry, and very small amount of towels. I put 5 people and was given basically enough for 1 towel each for an 8 night stay. Not much extra blanket wise and had to ask for blankets for everyone because they were cold and was told they could only give us 2 or 3 fleece blankets. Some beds didn't have them on there and only had sheets while out bed just had sheets and one fleece blanket which seemed odd. Outdoor balcony was nice. Lots of plates. Didn't get to use pools because we were so busy but seemed like they'd be nice. Tvs very small and older model with only cable and one DVD player in living room and you could rent dvds at lobby greeting area for free. No Netflix or connections like that. This location was close to four corners, Clermont, Disney, universal and seaworld. Orlando airport is about 45 minutes away. Like I said pros and cons. They did bring blankets to the door when asked but after being charged cleaning fee I asked about what was expected and made it seem like they wanted me to run dishwasher (didn't have another dish detergent thing) and throw trash out and tidy up. Felt that was weird since I would have if I could and didn't leave in a mess but I paid a decent cleaning fee and left tip. They were very nice about having food unopened still and said a lot of housekeepers might take for themselves. I didn't want it to go to waste! And was debating on dropping off someplace like food pantry. Overall it was nice and very safe and very clean. Will have to buy all spices and such like laundry detergent besides 1x.

Spacious, clean and bright!!

My family stayed here for 3 nights the beginning of July and enjoyed the condo and resort amenities. The condo was large with high ceilings, lots of room to spread out. Loved the storage and the washer and dryer right in the condo. The screened patio balcony was wonderful sitting out enjoying a cup of coffee. The condo has everything you need especially if you have a baby/toddler as they have a high chair and playpen. We will definitely return in the future!

AMAZING STAY! SO CLEAN!

We loved our stay at 35310. The resort is so friendly, very clean and organized. We had a flawless check in process. The apartment was very clean and we felt right at home. The cost was incomparable to what we would have paid for a small hotel room. Very close and convenient to gas stations, grocery stores, restaurants and most importantly- Disneyworld! We will definitely be staying here again!!

Expectations Exceeded

The property was way more than we expected for the value price we payed. The actual rental we stayed in was clean and beautiful. Perfect for us. The best thing was that we were able to enjoy the luxury on a modest family budget. I highly recommend this Vacasa rental and will be booking with them again.
