Make your dream come true in this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental condo in Bahama Bay Resort, located in Davenport area. Boasting 1,650 square feet, this unit comfortably sleeps 6 guests and offers tremendous community amenities. Ideally located close to Disney World parks and Disney Springs, you'll have no problem finding something to do in the area. Spend your days browsing boutique shops, visiting theme parks and water parks, or take advantage of the many amenities on the property.

The space

The Master Bedroom include a King size Bed, onsite bathroom with hot tub and shower.
The Bedroom number two have Queen size Bed and the the last bedroom have 2 Twin Beds. This last two rooms share a very confortable bathroom.

The Villa have an open concept living space that will invite you to relax after a full day of traveling or visiting the parks. Take a seat on the 2 vibrant couches and turn on the flat-screen cable TV during your downtime.

Prepare tasty meals in the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and ample cabinet space. Keep the cook company at the breakfast bar with seating for 2. When you're ready to eat, gather around the dining table with seating for 6.

Please note we provide a baby pack'n play and a high chair without any extra cost.
During your stay, you'll have access to the community amenities including 4 pools, 6 hot tubs, a ping pong table, beach volleyball court, children's water pad play area, pool tables, and an arcade.

Our vacation was perfect, the resort provides many amenities. The accommodations were close to all the property has to offer. The only issues are those of a well used condo. Since this offering is very popular, things understandably well used. That said, we found everything we needed to make our vacation great.

Condo was convenient. Amenities were pretty good. No access to the weight room.Initial problem with entry...only use top handle.Initial problem with tv channels....weren't loaded on new tvNeeded leftover containers and wash clothes...response was quick to this.Otherwise pretty good place.

We stayed for 3 weeks in June 2025. We had a great time. Lovely condo and minor issues dealt with efficiently by the host Nicole. Property manager Mauro was great. Would book again.

Great place

This resort is amazing very beautiful. I would stay again! There was only 2 downside they do not supply WASHCLOTHS I've NEVER stayed somewhere where they don't supply that and we didn't realize until 12am when we all were ready to wash off for the night so i had to get up super early to go to Walmart and I message the HOST and she/He NEVER got back with us. So if booking this place make sure you bring your own washclothes. Othere than that GREAT PLACE!

Relaxing Vacation

The condo was quite spacious and, although it could use a little TLC and updates, it was comfortable. The mattress in the second bedroom was not as comfortable as the other beds but that could be an individual's preference for a firm or soft mattress. When we arrived the carpeting was heavily soiled but in contacting the owner she was quick to respond. We realize that having carpets cleaned when the condo has quick turnarounds can be difficult to arrange so we offered to vacate for a day so the carpets could be cleaned and it was done. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Large unit

The unit is huge with lots of room. Carpet in master is stained but that happens with rentals. Showerheads were rusty and clogged, drainer was broken abd fan on patio was not working. Manager came next day and returned following day with a couple of stand fans for patio. He brought wrong size showerhead and we told him about drainer. Never heard from him again. We were there from May 12th to June 1st.

Great Stay

This condo is absolutely perfect. The pictures reflect the property perfectly. The property was very clean and it’s in a great location. Just a short drive to Disney, Universal parks, and shopping. The property manager/owner is very responsive if you need anything. My ONLY complaint is that the night “before” check out the property manager called to see what time we would be vacating the property the next morning. I assured him, we would be out by 10:00 (check out time) but I didn’t have an exact time we would leave. The morning of check out the calls began again, regarding check out around 9:15 am. At this time we were already checked out and long gone from the property. However, it made us feel as if we were being harassed to leave. I’m aware that others may have been checking in on the same day, but rushing people out before check out wasn’t pleasant at all. I’ve never had owners/property managers call regarding my check out time before so that was a little unpleasant. Other than that, everything else was perfectly fine! I’d stay again.

Family Summer Vacation

We had 2 adults, 2 teenage boys, and a 9 & 10 year old in our group. . There was plenty of room for all of us. The master bedroom and connected bathroom are huge! The kitchen had all of the cooking supplies we needed. There is a nice screened in balcony with table and chairs to sit on in the early morning hours before it gets too hot. The convenience of a washer and dryer was nice to have. There was a Wal-Mart close by, so that’s where we got our groceries and any other necessities. The owner responded immediately to all of my emails. Some of the reviews mentioned there were issues with check in, which had me a little nervous. However, we had no issues at all. We quickly got through the security gates and there were no issues getting into the property. It is worth mentioning that the property is on the 3rd floor, and there are no elevators that we were aware of. Not really an issue for us, but I wanted to mention it. The property is a little dated, but felt clean and all the beds and couches were comfortable. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will likely return at a later date.

Disappointed

This is my 2nd time at this condo and was disappointed. Only 1 of the seven things was repaired from our 1st visit. The thermostat is set to 72 and that’s it. The cabinets need help. The Formica is peeling, knobs are missing. What was upsetting is the dining living room carpet is very dirty. My grand kids had brand new white socks and light colored pant which are now black and ruined from crawling and walking around. The dining room table glass needs to be lifted and the table cleaned. There is food stuck under the glass, mold is starting to grow. Overall not clean. The king bed is probably the cheapest you could buy. I’m sorry to write this but you had the opportunity to correct the issue from our first visit. I’m sorry to say we will not be returning to that condo.

Pros/cons

I will list all pro’s and cons for future guests. Check in process was simple and quick, upon entering the condo I was impressed by the decor, high ceilings and beautiful arches. After settling in there were pungent odors coming from the dishwasher which was also full of water in the bottom. There seemed to only be two towels in total but later I found a whole load of towels in the dryer, so be prepared to empty the dryer, fold towels, and put them away while on vacation. The filters need replaced in the refrigerator including both, air and water filters. The microwave also indicated filter needed replaced. The bathrooms are giant, the master suite is very beautifully laid out. Carpets are wrinkled up in places and cabinets/cupboards are peeling. We only got a few squares of toilet paper on the roll in one bathroom and 70% of a roll in the other bathroom. Be prepared to go buy your own toilet tissue, as well as trash bags and hand soap. The handsoap there is watered down and oddly colored like it’s several different things mixed together and it smelled undesirable. There was a decent supply of dishes provided which was nice but we found several dishes in the cupboards that had food or dried beverage in it. So wash before using! I actually cleaned the home quite a bit myself. There were sticker clothing tags stuck to the mirror and wall in the master bedroom. There was juice spilled down one of the smaller bedroom doors when I arrived. The TV’s were all in Spanish and aomeo

This was our first VRBO rental. Unit was very spacious for the four adults in our travel party and there was plenty of parking for our 2 cars. The check-in process was very simple and efficient. We found everything to be in working order. There were plenty of towels and washcloths. The furniture and carpet were worn but expected for a rental. NOTE for future quests - unit is on the third floor and there was no elevator. I did not know this until after I booked the unit. My 80 year old mother was traveling with us. Thankfully she was able to get up and down the stairs.

We love the property, this condo was ok

The condo is huge, 3 bedrooms. The carpet should probably be pulled up, careful f you have anyone at risk for falling, the carpet is coming up in the master and part of it is duct taped. Not all the lights work and a lot of knobs are missing. You must bring everything you need including toliet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry soap. There was only 1 roll of TP. We don’t mind but usually a small amount of those things are left. We arrived the night before Thanksgiving, so we had to wait until Friday to go get anything. Overall it is a nice place, but could use some work and better hospitality. We’ve had better experiences in other condos at the same resort. It’s also on the 3rd floor which we will not do again with kids!!

Very nice unit, huge bathroom. Some small repairs needed. They only issue I have is that they control the temp of the unit. It is set at 72 degrees. Way to hot for my family. The manager said it was a faulty thermostat. Yeah NO.

Communication Issues

Email with instruction from owner different from VBRO communications regarding check in and check out process. Resulted in difficult check in. Cleaning service showed up an hour early while we were at a playground. They had moved all of our things and had begun cleaning. We were prepared to leave at 11:00am according to information from VBRO. Owner’s email stated 10am but we were using the VBRO app on our phone rather than going through emails. Be aware that you need to ignore any directions from the official VBRO app.
