Situated within an exclusive gated community the property enjoys beautiful views of the Santo Tomas Lake and mountains. It is located directly on the lake.

Internationally renowned golf, shopping, & restaurants are just minutes away.

For those who enjoy the 'Old Palm Springs' or “El Paseo” areas for shopping & dining, this property is centrally located just 15 minutes from both locations.

The house includes 2 Master suites at opposite ends of the house. A 3rd bedroom can also be used as an office and has a computer with high speed internet access. Wireless access is also provided.

All Utilities are included as well as landscape, pool/spa service, free long distance and cleaning by a maid service.

Outdoor gas BBQ and gas fire pit

Outdoor pool and jetted SPA. Additional heating fee for pool heating in winter see additional charge under amenities

Great home on the lake.

Ended up staying 4 months. Enjoyed the property very much. Central mid valley location. Quiet, clean, well kept. Property includes a boat, pool & spa and a large projection screen. Would definately reccomend!

Second Time Around, Even Better !!!

This is our second visit to this property for a vacation and it was like coming home again, but came with a few pleasant surprises since last time. We arrived in May 2014 for a 30 night stay to find the house at its usual impeccable standard, but also a new fantastic electric boat which we told out on many occasion and really added a buzz to the vacations. Bedroom 3 has been refurbished with a new comfortable to replace an existing Murphy bed. Also there is a new fire pit, great for quite evening drinks. The house comes with an outdoor cinema screen and projector and we watched movies on many occasions - really different from other properties we have rented. This home has it all and we would highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for a property with high standard, quite location but easily accessible to restaurants, shops etc.

Wow, what a fantastic find !

This property has so many amazing qualities, it is difficult on where to begin... The photographs provided simply do not do justice to the beauty of this wonderful home. The first view of this home, surrounded by lush plants is simply stunning. You will feel welcomed before you even step inside. Immediately upon entering, you will notice how tasteful the decor is. It is a very comfortable home to be in, full of wonderful little gems once you get exploring. Outside you are greeted by a magnificent view of the lake and surrounding homes. Bright flowers surround the edges of the lake, which are a very nice touch. Having the opportunity to explore the lake on the included electric boat is awesome! Now for my favourite part, the pool :) It is a fairly large pool with decorative rocks and plants surrounding it, along with hot tub. It makes for quite the cozy spot in the evening, especially when you play with the temperature and pool/hot tub light colour settings. What You Need To Know: This house is fantastic. There were 4 of us living here and it was very comfortable. Very well equipped (silverware, electricals etc.) Lovely and safe location, gated community. The beds are very comfortable. The sheer volume of technology in this house is incredible. (Great Bose System) You can play your own music outside to the pool with the wireless speakers. The kitchen is very impressive, HUGE refrigerator and freezer unit and pantry. I have no complaints and would highly recommend staying here. THANKYOU FOR A WONDERFUL STAY :)

Lake Home

In May I went to visit some friends who were renting this house. It was spacious and well decorated. Even though the temp was above 90 degrees, the shaded patio was very comfortable for eating out. The heated pool was a great place to relax and cool off. I really enjoyed cruising in the electric boat to see all the homes around the lake. I highly recommend it.

On a lake in the desert

Very comfortable home. Excellant design and furnishings. The kitchen had all we needed to make Mickey Mouse waffles in the morning or fancy suppers at night. Eating out on the patio was a delight. We enjoyed touring the lake on the boat,cooling off in the pool days and sitting under the stars at night in the hot tub. One of the highlights was sitting out at night and watching movies. They have a large inflatable movie screen and projector. The quality was very good. We will return.

I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely home in Rancho Mirage. All were as advertised, from the gourmet kitchen, beautiful swimming pool and spa to the elegant master suites and common areas. The property is situated directly on the lake which added great ambiance when we dined outdoors. I highly recommend this property.
