One of the largest homes in Park City's historic Old Town, Badgerland Park City is a spacious 4,050 square foot home ideally situated within walking distance of the Park City Mountain Resort (literally a block and a half). With 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, Badgerland comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests - perfect for multi-family trips, family reunions, or couples getaway weekends. Having enough living space will not be a problem, a rarity in an Old Town house!

Experience the best of Park City year-round at Badgerland. In summer, relish in hiking and biking adventures, while winter brings unbeatable ski-in, ski-out access to Park City Mountain Resort.

Living Room: Great room living area with floor to ceiling stone fireplace, vaulted ceilings, Smart TV with a DVD player. Additional seating area with a game table in Great room as well.

Kitchen: Gourmet kitchen with SubZero refrigerator, Wolf stove, granite countertops, adjoins living and dining separated by bar seating for 5.

Dining Room: Dining area with seating for 8.

Grand Master- King bed, gas fireplace, Smart TV, private deck, private bath, jetted tub, walk in stone shower, and dual vanities.
Master Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, Smart TV, and private bath with a shower.

Perfect spot for a large group to experience all of Park city

This property was really amazing. The location was next to none and the property itself was beautiful. Accommodated 13 adults easily and was perfect for hanging out in the living/kitchen rooms. The owners were very responsive and I would highly recommend this property.

Badgerland is amazing!

The 'Badgerland' property in Park City is absolutely incredible! I had a group of 12 girls stay here and the house couldn't have been more perfect. The property managers are super communicative and flexible, the house was extremely clean and the space was incredible. The two living rooms were great for everyone to hang out in, there was so much space in the rooms and lots of places for ladies to get ready. The house hot tub was great and there were lots of options for where to eat as a group. The house was walkable to town to explore Park City! Overall, would definitely recommend this house for any Park City visits!

Another great stay

This is our family's second time at this property and we absolutely love it. It's perfect for our group of 10 with room to spare. We love the location, the amenities and the friendliness/helpfulness of the management team. We highly recommend this property!

Great place for our girls weekend

Every year, the girls in my family get together in the Fall or a little weekend get-a-away! We picked this beautiful home for our venture this year and it was FANTASTIC! It's within walking distance of downtown. The inside of the home is comfortable and oh-so-beautiful. There are lots of games and fun inside the home. The hot tub was clean. The firepit was a blast on the patio. Tons of seating and the kitchen was a dream to cook in. Very comfortable stay - would recommend to anyone!

Great house

This house was great for our group of 14. Parking is a little tricky when you have 14 adults, but we made it work. Everything was super clean, and the kitchen was great and fully stocked, which was important since we were cooking all our meals.

Spacious yet cozy well appointed family vacation home

Perfect for a multi-generational family ski vacation. Lots of room, lots of amenities, kitchen great for cooking. Close to Park City lifts, within walking distance (harder with equipment in tow). Lots of seating and lounging space, very clean. Did not feel like a rental property. Beds comfortable, stairs a delight for an adventurous baby (unfortunately). Bedrooms spread out (an advantage for those without the baby). Quiet, nice garage for parking. Better than what we had hoped for. Photos are accurate depictions, except kitchen is grander in real life.

Wonderful Stay

Our family had a fantastic time while at the property. We loved the great room as a perfect gathering place and the upstairs game room was also a big hit. This place had everything we needed for our 3-night stay.

Perfect Park City Location

This is a large home is a great location on a quiet street in P.C. Short walk to the base of PCMR, Park and the Library. We stayed here last fall and the owners have done some very nice updating since then. For a big group this is ideal and it has a TWO CAR GARAGE with space for 2 more in the driveway if you need it. No spectacular views but that's what the chairlift is for.

Shocked!

This was the most beautiful home ive ever seen! It had very nice furniture and flooring. The living room was very cozy and everything was as sharp as knife! My wife and I spent alot of time in the Jacuzzi and in our bedroom because the beds were extremely comfortable! This is a fantastic home and i will be returning next year!

Great Place!!

Great place! I didn’t think it could be more beautiful then it was in the pictures online but it was. We saved a lot of money staying at the house because we didn’t need to rent a car, had most of the meals at home and got discounted lift tickets with our reservation. The manger was great to work with and was available whenever we needed to get a hold of him for anything. We had such a great time on our ski trip this year thanks a lot to staying at this beautiful home.

Beautiful home in a prime location!

Beautiful home in a prime location. Honestly there is no need to rent a car because once you are in town you can walk, bus or cab it everywhere. We were a group of 11, 3 couples and 5 kids, and the home was great for our large group. Getting a big house like this seems like the way to go so everyone can be together and save money not eating out everything. The kitchen had all of the stuff we needed and the fridge was pretty well stocked when we arrived so we only had to make 1 small run to the store the entire week we were there. This is a great spot that I totally recommend

Fantastic place - right in the heart of the action!

Our group absolutely loved this house! It was so great being about to hope on the bus pretty much right outside the house. We walked right up the resort where we did the alpine side and mini golf, it was only like a block away. The big kitchen and dinning room were great for breakfasts and dinners each day. I would die for a kitchen like that at home! The house was absolutely perfect and I would LOVE to stay there again!
