Wonderful Property

Excellent location, luxury finishes, and incredibly comfortable beds. This was the perfect place for our group of 8 skiers, with an easy walk to town lift as well as Main Street restaurants.

Family Vacation

Great location that was only a couple minute drive to Deer Valley Resort or just a short walk into town. We had amazing afternoons on rooftop in jacuzzi watching the sun go down after skiing. Multiple washer/dryer units, plenty of kitchen supplies and largee eating area. This home will not disappoint.

Beautiful house, very conveniently located to Deer Valley and Park City Resorts!

We had a wonderful time in this very comfortable, modern, well appointed house. The layout was great - esp the cozy living room and big, light-filled kitchen. It’s very close to the bus stops for Deer Valley and Park City skiing!

Beautiful property , Great Location

This property was well appointed , spacious and in a great location downtown for our family. We enjoyed all of the amenities and the easy access to downtown Park City . Thanks to management . Very smooth experience for us !

Incredible roof top deck !

This stay was memorable , especially because we loved the rooftop hot tub and entertainment space . Right in the heart of everything . Will definitely return !

everything was great except no WiFi

place was well kept and management was helpful. there was an issue w/ the wifi which lasted our entire stay. I would confirm wifi situation is fixed before booking. cell service also very b ad at property

We apologize for the Wi-Fi inconvenience! The reason the Wi-Fi was out because the Comcast receiver outside the home was buried in 8 ft of snow. This was a problem all throughout town and there was legitimately to much snow for our team or Comcast to dig out the unit. We bought Verizon Jet Packs to get Wi-Fi into the home which held the group over, but wasn't as robust as standard Wi-Fi [for 10 people working]. This winter has been the most snow in 40 years, great for skiing, not the best for service. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Stunning Home in Deer Valley

Upon arrival we were thrilled with the property--Check In/ Access was simple and easy, the home was fully equipped for ease of use, the layout very conducive for multiple families/ guests and you cannot beat the location. Overall, this property is impressive in every way. We thoroughly enjoyed the Sonos surround system, the fireplaces, and the rooftop hot tub during our stay. Catching a shuttle to Deer Valley Ski Resort was a breeze and we enjoyed the short walk to Main Street to enjoy food and drinks in the afternoons/ evenings. We would recommend to any family and friends, and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Awesome townhome, amazing location!

I have stayed at this unit several times over the past few years, both with families and with couples, and it works really well for both! The unit's fully stocked kitchen, multiple washer and dryers, high end bathroom products and 2 car garage are just some of the highlights. Whenever we arrive or is always well cleaned and you can tell the owners keep up with quality of the linens! Rooftop with a grill and hot tub are the literal cherry on top! Easy walk to Main Street and access to bus systems taking you to PCM or DV.

Awesome place for vacation!

We stayed at the house for a Bachelorette party and we couldn’t have picked a better place! The house was very clean when we showed up and through the whole weekend the LQAM team was very helpful. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Park City to stay here. Location is unbeatable, only a 7 min walk to Main Street and about 15 minutes to the base of Deer Valley.

Great Home and Location

We had a 11 person group. The house was perfectly sized to fit us all. It was a short walk to downtown park city and we really enjoyed our stay! Would certainly recommend this house and park city for a group of friends. Lots of fun!

Friends Ski Trip

This property was great for a larger group of friends on a ski trip, great location, easy to walk into town. The property manager was easy to communicate with, and very attentive to some minor issues that arose.

Park city ski trip

We enjoyed our recent visit to this property, location was fantastic walking distance to downtown Park City. Everything was pretty much as advertised, nice spacious, modern condo. We had 9 adults in our group with everyone getting a bed (people doubled up in the two king beds). 14 people would be tight but it served our needs. Management and communication with mgm was very good and responsive. My only complaints were the outdoor grill and snow on the roof top deck. It hadn't snowed in PC in weeks but when we arrived 80% of the outdoor deck was covered with 2 feet of frozen snow. Also for an expensive condo the outdoor grill was subpar to say the least, hardy burning well. Management was quick to respond with some snow removal but it was hard to believe there was so much snow up there when it hadn't snowed in weeks. Definitely a cool condo.

Nice condo, great location

We enjoyed our stay at this condo/loft. The property management was the best we have encountered on a property. Super responsive to any needs. Would definitely recommend this place!!

Beautiful Park City Loft

We had a great experience! Clean, comfortable loft. The property was beautiful and a quick 15 minute walk to Main Street. Our kids loved it and are already asking to go back. We can’t wait to book again next year! Beds were all comfortable and the hot tub was a great addition.

Perfect for groups!

We stayed here for a bachelorette party and had a great time! It was easy to check-in and everything was clean. The property was perfect for our group. It is very close to the downtown area and there is also a bus stop right outside. I would definitely stay here again!

Park City Get Away

Excellent place for ourselves and two other couples , close to hiking trails and can walk to Main Street, place very spacious and plenty of bathrooms!
