A large, renovated, detached house with an enclosed courtyard, located in a quiet hamlet 3 km from the Basilica of Cléry Saint-André, in a wine and fruit-growing region.

It is located 15 minutes from Orléans and 30 minutes from Chambord, on the Loire Valley châteaux route, the Loire à Vélo cycling route, and at the gateway to the Sologne region. It is 8 km from the A10 (Meung-sur-Loire) and A71 (Orléans Sud - Olivet) motorway exits.

For business trips, the gîte is limited to 4 people. For any requests for additional guests, please contact us (€80 for one person and €120 for two people). On the ground floor, there is a living room with a lounge and open-plan kitchen, an entrance hall with a washing machine, a toilet, and one bedroom (one single bed) with a small desk. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a double bed and a single bed), a large bathroom with a shower, corner bathtub, and toilet. A large, enclosed garage is also available. A cot and high chair are provided.

Heating and electricity are included up to 10 kWh/day, then €0.30 per kWh. A mandatory cleaning fee applies every two weeks for business stays.
Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am.
