Country property with swimming pool, near the Loire castles

The Domaine de l'Olivier located in the Loir et Cher offers a pretty pavilion of 120 m² with a view of the park in a former Priory with 3 bedrooms including 1 bedroom with 2 single bunk beds. The magnificent exposed stone living room and its library bring a special charm to this building.

On the first floor there is a living and dining room as well as a terrace.

the bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom and are equipped with 'Sabot' showers (bath + shower).

The 'Comfort' pavilion has a fully equipped kitchen (1 fridge, 1 freezer, dishwasher, senseo coffee maker, 'ground' coffee machine)


Bed linen and towels are included.

Cleaning and tourist taxes are included in the price of the reservation.

You can enjoy a heated outdoor swimming pool between June and September as well as a relaxation room (4*4 indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, 2 aquabikes and a private gym) as well as all the activities offered in the property (bicycles, archery,...)

Massage sessions can be offered during your stay.

Our cottage is located next to a famous go-kart track, a tennis court and a golf course.

We ask our holidaymakers to keep the cottage clean in the common areas: kitchen, dining room, living room. An inventory is made with the owner at check-out.

Free and secure parking within the property.

The barbecue is charcoal. Deckchairs, a garden table, 8 chairs, pool games are available to our guests.

The owner does not accept the installation of tents, caravans,... on the property.

The cottage has a capacity of 6 people (excluding children under 2 years old). If the number exceeds the number, the owner is entitled to refuse the rental or to ask for an additional 60 euros / day / person.
