The apartment is located on the second floor of the ever popular Puerto Paraiso apartments and overlooks Estepona port, with the sea beyond and one of the two swimming pools just below. A high speed fibre optic connection is also available throughout the property. Both bedrooms are en-suite and the whole apartment is far more spacious in comparison to many of the newer apartments that are currently available. The apartment is perfectly located for those visiting Estepona who do not wish to drive as there is a selection of bars, restaurants, beaches, supermarkets and shops on the doorstep. Parking is possible in the communal parking area and operates on a first come, first served basis however finding a space isn't normally a problem. You can also park nearby for free.
