Our stay was very enjoyable, the apartment was very spacious and clean with a large balcony. We loved the Pool area which was never too busy and very relaxing. Our host was very attentive and helpful. The only draw back, it was a bit too remote for us. Otherwise it was perfect.

A perfect view

A south facing spacious apartment with sea views to the front, mountain views to the rear and the distant sounds of the wild animals from the local Selwo Adventura Park! Such views only come with hills! The property has secure underground parking with lift access to the apartment. It is well equipped and there are also a number of the principal UK TV channels. The urbanisation is very clean, well maintained and includes two good sized swimming pools. A great location for visiting Estepona, San Pedro de Alcantara and Marbella. Very responsive owner always available.

Pontos positivos: Check-in e comunicação
Pros of property.. nice balcony with great view. Comfy bed, spacious, great water pressure in shower, nice pools, uncrowded, great management! Cons… cleaning was not the best. Floors, sinks, sheets etc very tidy. Small appliances were very unkept, greasy fingerprints etc! I was disgusted! The towels were very old, they were rough like sandpaper! A blender would have been useful, the so called Bbq(grill) was just plain terrible. My husband cursed every time he used it! The whole unit inside needs painting, cracks in walls . Walls scuffed up! The photos of the property look better than how it really looks. We were very disappointed

Large apartment with great pool

The property is exactly like the photos. The befrooms are a good size with plenty of storage. 2 bathrooms that are tastefully decorated and soap was provided. Kitchen was well equipped and people had left a selection of spices and filter papers for the coffee machine. The 2 pools were lovely and warm , sunloungers and sunshades were easily available for everyone. Charcoal BBQ on the large balcony with a sofa and chairs. James communicated with us easily ,we did have a problem with the communication with the property managers email but whatapp message worked well. There is a lidl 10 mins away and Estepona is approx 15 mins depending on traffic. A big carrefour is also in Estepona. We enjoyed our stay and found it very relaxing

Spacious, clean apartment with outstanding views and great facilities on a quiet golf course.

This spacious apartment was perfect for our family of 3 during a week-long stay in Estepona. Very clean, self-catering, modern apartment, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with all mod cons - fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, wifi, etc..plus a large south facing balcony with views to the sea. The complex has 2 excellent swimming pools, both beautifully clean, within very well kept grounds all gated and safe. We also played 3 rounds of golf while there which was convenient with the clubhouse within walking distance. Tee times were always available with clubs to rent so it was easy to just turn up and play. It never felt crowded anywhere during our stay and was generally very quiet. As stated in the property advert you will need a car as this is out of the main town, but not that far to drive. 10 minutes to downtown Estepona, 5 mins to the beach and the property has an allocated underground parking space. Communication direct with the owner by email and the local manager by text for pickup and handover was always smooth and efficient and worked very well. All in all a fantastic place to stay for some R&R and we would highly recommend it..

Fantastic place to stay for all from the young to the old

We really enjoyed our stay in the appartment. There was everything anyone could want out of a vacation. Ideally situated in a private community, situated in the hills roughly inbetween Estepona and Marbella short drive to either. The appartment itself was very modern, clean and had a wonderful large balcony overlooking the golf course and fanstastic views to the sea. The community itself is really peaceful, with nice gardens and 3 swimming pools. There is underground secure parking which was a bonus. The Owner himself James is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He replied to all our question in quick time and he is extremely trusting which is a rare thing. I would recommend this appartment to all groups. Thank you James.

Much needed escape

Had a great two weeks holiday spent here in September. Kids loved the Safari park which the apartment over looks and my partner enjoyed the onsite golf course and facilitates. The complex gardens and pools where so peaceful id spend all day reading a book with a well deserved glass of vino. I hope we can make it back again this year. Note i would recommend a car.
