Located 3 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park, Unit 9 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bath duplex cabin with a personal hot tub. Cabin features a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, kitchenette (mini fridge/no oven), dining table, wood-burning fireplace, and a gas grill on the patio. Enjoy cable TV with free DVD movie rentals, free snowshoe rentals, and downtown shopping and dining minutes from your door. Dogs welcome with approval $25 per dog/per night (max 2 dogs/no other pets) no smoking please. Sleeps 4.

This was one of the cleanest, well-arranged cabins we have stayed in. I loved the decor. It didn't look like the decorations and furniture were bought at a secondhand store with nothing matching. We enjoyed the hot tub. It was wonderful. There were three things I would like to point out which other reviewers have mentioned. 1) Pretty noisy because close to the road that goes into the Rocky Mountain National Park, so it was busy. 2) I didn't see where it was mentioned nor was it in any of the pictures that it is bi-level with three steps to the level with bedroom, kitchen and bath. I know this could be a problem for some people. But this arrangement gives the cabin a bigger appearance. 3) the Hot tub had a wall on one side which faced the cabin next door but no wall facing the main street. This meant there was no privacy from people driving or walking by the cabin. This was a very comfortable cabin, wonderfully arranged, and in a good location not far from town. We would definitely rent from this group again. They are easy to deal with and answered any inquiries we made immediately. Check in and out were a breeze.

Perfect place to stay close to RMNP

This cabin was the perfect place to stay! It was away from all the craziness of traffic in Estes Park and close enough for trips to the Rocky Mountain National Park. It was clean, easy to check in to, and had everything we needed.

Cute, quiet and cozy. Just what we needed.

Great little cabin in the mountains. We stayed a week and really enjoyed the comfort of our place and the quiet. We will be going back and staying.

Birthday celebration

Traveled from Illinois to spend a few days in the mountains and celebrate a 60th birthday. The cabin was everything we could have hoped for. Great location and very cozy.

Great little place!

To say the property matches the pictures and the description would be an understatement. It was absolutely perfect for a getaway with my girlfriend and only 3 mi from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Would rent again without hesitation!

Great location

This property was super close to downtown. Check in was easy with the door code being emailed and everything worked as planned! Hot tub was clean and hot when we arrived

Great Stay

Girlfriend and I went to Estes to explore Rocky Mountain national park and go on a few hikes. Perfect place to stay right next to the entrance to the park and a few minutes from downtown Estes. Hot tub was utilized daily. Cozy place perfect for a couple.

Quiet getaway

Although it was close to the road I never heard any traffic. It was a perfect place for a short get away. Had plenty of towels and kitchen items, just like home.

Nice for quick stay

The cabin is close to town which was nice. Parking was a little tight and the cabin is attached to the one next door, which wasn’t completely apparent in the photos, so there was less privacy than we envisioned.

Great spot!

The property was just as I’d expected from other reviews. It was clean and well maintained. It was a great location to town and to the park. Planning to stay here again the next time we go! Exactly what we needed for a long weekend getaway!

Estes Park visit

Cabin was clean and very nice to stay in. Hot tub was clean and comfortable and easy to use. Unfortunately due to fires in the area and across the road, which we were evacuated for, we decided to leave early.

Our maintenance staff and housekeeping staff will be pleased that you commented on cleanliness of both the unit and hot tub. The fire across the street was a structural fire, and authorities did not evacuate our property, but rather asked that there be no traffic in or out of the property for a short time. Fortunately, the issue was resolved quickly. I am sorry that you felt you needed to leave as there were no evacuation orders issued for our area due to fires. Jamie
