This delightful, ground floor cottage in Gorran Haven, Cornwall, sleeps four people in two bedrooms.
Summerfield Cottage is an attractive bungalow attached to the owner's home, on the outskirts of Gorran Haven in Cornwall. All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Family friendly with travel cot and highchair on request. Kitchen, Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine. Sitting room with 'logburner effect' electric fire, sofa bed and dining area. TV with wide selection of channels (inc. sports and films package). High speed WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Games area in the lounge with air hockey and pool table. Oil central heating, power, bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Shared front garden with private seating area. The front lawn is decorated for Christmas. One well-behaved dog welcome with bowl, blanket and treats available. Off road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub and beach 10 mins walk. Please note: property allows minimum of 3 night stays. Note: Electric cars can only be charged at designated local charging points. Town: Once a crab fishing village, Gorran Haven on the south coast of Cornwall is ideally placed to explore the many beaches and coves in the area. Gorran Haven has a small sandy beach, connecting with the longer Great Perhaver beach at low tide. Much of the coastline in this area is owned by the National Trust, including the 370 feet high Dodman Point, rising above Gorran, which is thought to be one of Cornwall’s most dramatic headlands, and the cause of many a shipwreck.
