However, we recommend that you have your own transportation.
We are 8 km from the coast and the salt marshes, near the Brière Nature Reserve.

RATE INFORMATION
- Nightly rates: prices per night from Sunday through Thursday, except on the eve of public holidays
- Weekend rates: rates for Saturday nights and the nights before holidays.
- Electricity charges based on meter readings from October through May
- Security deposit upon arrival: €300
On the property, you’ll have access—along with other guests—to common areas and shared facilities

Additional fees:
* Electricity usage from October to April billed based on meter readings (0.20 kWh)
* Sheet rental (flat sheet, duvet cover, and 2 pillowcases) with bed made upon arrival: 25 euros per bed
* Towel rental (one bath towel and one hand towel): 5 euros
* Cleaning fee: 30 euros for a 1-bedroom cottage, 40 euros for a 2-bedroom cottage
* Laundry facilities (washer, dryer): 3.5 euros per use, detergent included
