The home includes a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. Kitchen has a starter package of dish detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, and kitchen sponge. Built in WIFI with password. Stand alone JVL speakers with easy bluetooth connection on 1st and 2nd floors. All bedrooms have alarm clocks with built-in USB charging station. Each bathroom includes a hair dryer, hotel luxury towels and washcloths, as well as a starter package of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, and lotion. Coffee maker on ground and 2nd floor levels. Large beach towels. All doors to the pool area have child/pool alarms.

MAXIMUM PARKING: The property has room for 2 vehicles in the driveway and 2 vehicles in the assigned overflow parking space next to the house for additional cars or boat trailer.
