Located on the third floor with elevator in La Safranette residence, you will find all the comforts : space, garden, tennis court, swimming pool, guest parking, large balcony, equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi...

This apartment consists in a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and closet, second bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with bathtub, separate WC, close kitchen, living room with diner table, TV and access to the large and furnished balcony.

Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle.



Access



The place is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Neighborhood



The very quiet area offers you the opportunity to reach the beach, restaurants and shops by walking, in about ten minutes. The Harbor is 1km away.



Transit



Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by public transportation: take the tram from Nice Airport to Nice Port. Then from the harbor you can take the bus number 15 and stop at Octroi and only walk 450m. This journey takes 1 hour, you can use the same ticket for the tram and the bus.

You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.

Access to the building is also possible by car. You can park in the guest parking of the residence.





IMPORTANT - RULES OF PROCEDURE :



For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.



The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.



Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed.

Smoking isn’t allowed inside.



Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.
