Deluxe Two Bedroom Garden View Luana Kai Resort C105

C105 with AC is a Deluxe 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Ground floor condo with a king size bed, two twin and a sofa bed. C105 has a garden view and faces the cool side of the property. Enjoy quick lanai access to the pool, tennis & pickleball courts & putting green. It is tiled throughout. The kitchen is updated with stainless appliances and wood cabinets. The C105 floor plan has the largest living room and is very roomy.  This apartment is very popular so book way ahead.

Lovely pool area with hot tub, saunas & 5 gas bbq grills.   Tennis & pickleball courts.

Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. If you have a late flight out, we recommend booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule. Mahalo for understanding.






Feeling golfy? Golf courses are in every direction except toward the ocean at Luana Kai. From affordable courses in Waiheu to the cream of the crop in Ka’anapali and Wailea, whichever way you go, golf is par for the course on Maui. You can practice your putts on our putting green in between games.

We had a wonderful time. Having the pool and the tennis courts right there was super helpful. Close proximity to top snorkeling beaches and being able to sit outside on the balcony enjoying our dinner after an active day was great. The host (office staff) and the night manager were very nice and helpful.

It was everything we expected and more. Very spacious unit with air conditioning and a fully set up kitchen. The in unit washer/dryer was a huge benefit. Great location and beautiful views.

Great stay! Easy check in and the place was comfortable. The beach towels, chairs, cooler, umbrella, and boogie board were much appreciated (although we drove to other beaches to get in the water). The pool and jacuzzi had a family feel, and it was nice to play pickle ball (bring your own paddles/balls) and walk to the beach at sunset. Having laundry in the unit was super convenient. Many cool attractions to visit like the Road to Hana and the National Park!

We just got home from a week at Luana Kai and had such a great time. Clean, comfortable, great location close to plenty of food. It’s such a quiet, relaxing place to stay. Loved it!

Great stay at Luana Kai

A wonderful resort to stay at in Maui. They have everything you need in your condo available, plus extras! The pool is wonderful and availability of bbq’s was awesome. The beach is very accessible too. Highly recommend it!

Fantastic property in Kihei!

I've stayed in many properties in Kihei and this one is hands-down the best. Great staff and check-in, nice size property, great location, and the unit was just as advertised. I have NO hesitancy in recommending this to anyone and I'll be back!

Excellent condo and I love the location. This is our second time back to this resort. I did need to buy a blanket for the pullout bed because only sheets were provided. The condo is clean and had everything else we needed.

Nice mid-range stay in Kihei

Really nice condo on a really nice property. Management team was easy to work with. Much more reasonable price point relative to the area. The only complaint was that the wifi was a bit slow, but that did not detract much from the overall experience.

Fantastic Stay

Our family had a great stay at Luana Kai C105. The communication prior to our visit was great and the Unit exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and fully stocked. We appreciated the boogie boards (3) coolers, beach chairs and beach umbrella, we used them everyday at the beach. Pool area was great for the kids and the beach was good for evening sunset swims. Overall we had a great time.

Great relaxing experience in beautiful condo location

The condo was comfortable for our party of 6 with the lanai opening up to the center grass area and putting green next to the pool and jacuzzi. It is a nice short walk to the adjacent park and beach. We enjoyed using the beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels, and boogie boards on our trek to various beaches around the island. We enjoyed connecting with old friends, seeing where our late grandpa grew up a making some new connections and enjoyed delicious food throughout our visit while being able to cook in our condo.

Staff was great, unit was clean and had everything we needed. Had a couple of tiny issues and the staff immediately assisted to get us situated. There was construction at the entrance, totally outside of the property control which made getting into the parking area a pain but again the staff assisted to make sure we knew how to get into the area safely.The pool was great and right by the unit. The beach was just okay but still nice to walk in the morning and evening.The unit does get a bit warm with the dryer in the living room so just be prepared to start a load in the dryer and go to the pool.Overall, great location nice unit and great service by the staff.I do miss our chicken that we nicknamed the Maui Howler aka The Broken Alarm Clock starting its wake up call at 2am each morning.

Relaxing stay

Great location, easy check in, firm mattresses. Only bummer is the extra daily fee for A/C.

I am Leslie and I moved to Maui 40 years ago.  I immediately started work at Luana Kai in Kihei and am still here.  I am blessed to call Luana Kai my FAMILY.  I have had the pleasure of watching families grow up year after year and some who were babies when I started are coming back with their babies now.  Such a delight.  

I am happy to say most of my employees have been here for 10 plus years.  We are on site in the front office and can take care of you.  We are a happy bunch and look forward to welcoming you to our Luana Kai home.
