Deluxe Two Bedroom Partial Ocean View Luana Kai C201

Unit C201 with AC is a deluxe, 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a partial ocean view. A fun view of the pool, ocean, West Maui mountains, The Pali”, and Ma’alaea bay. During the winter months you can enjoy the occasional appearance of whales from your lanai. There is a king bed in the master, two twins in the guest room and a sofa bed in the living room.  Full size washer/ dryer in the condo makes it easy to pack lightly.  AC in both bedrooms.  Ceiling fans in all rooms.

Pool area has hot tub, saunas & 5 gas bbq grills.  Tennis & pickleball courts.

FREE Parking
C201 is on the second floor.  NO elevators so you walk up 2 flights of stairs.

Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. If you have a late flight out, we recommend booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule. Mahalo for understanding.





 Visit the Ocean Center and Aquarium, play miniature golf, and play in bumper boats; all only 10 minutes away in Maalaea.

Host was welcoming and property tried to accomodate when the kitchen plugs werent working and brought a new microwave. The grounds were well kept and pool area was very nice. I would say this unit is more for 4 adults not 6 as the pull out couch is very outdated and uncomfortable but worked for our small children.

Nice home base for exploring

Quiet area, pool & bbq area was great. Apt is functional but sparse - bring soap/shampoo. Hot but fans helped. Nice views of the pool & a bit of the bay.

Wonderful unit and property

I've stayed in many properties in Kihei and this one is hands-down the best. Great staff and check-in, nice size property, great location, and the unit was just as advertised. I have NO hesitancy in recommending this to anyone and I'll be back!

Lovely spot!

This was a beautiful, well appointed unit, with lovely views of the grounds, and the ocean view in the distance. This particular unit is far off the road, so the only noise you hear are the birds, and the breeze. Perfect spot to relax and regroup.

Spacious laid back and well established holiday condos on luscious well manicured grounds. The pool area had a shaded outdoor kitchen, dining tables and chairs, a vending machine for drinks and five large very well maintained BBQ grills complete with grilling utensils for guest use. The mini golf area and shuffleboard next to the pool were cute and convenient. The property had 2 tennis courts and 8 (yes, 8) pickled ball courts which looked new and were overwhelmingly popular. The Waipuilani Park, convenient for lawn games and gatherings, was adjacent to the property and opened up to the beach.The condos at this well established property vary by size as well as renovation. We had C201, a 2Br 2Ba with pool and partial ocean view. The balcony was expansive and the view of the grounds were lovely. The unit itself had a tropical themed decor, had everything we needed and everything worked. However, the unit itself and the furnishings were noticeably dated. We felt that the online photos did not represent the ambiance of the actual unit. I would recommend carefully reviewing online photos and perhaps asking for recent photo updates.

Excellent stay

Very nice condo. Had absolutely everything we needed. Property manager was very easy to communicate with and property is very well located.

Amazing

We loved our stay in Maui. So relaxing and just the tropical getaway we needed. The place had plenty of beach equipment including chairs umbrella and ice chest which made going to the beach so easy!!! Loved the pool, torches and bbq area. The condo was comfortable and just short walk to beach!! We hope to be back soon :-)

Perfect place for our Maui Vaca

Our family would stay here again. Very clean. Great location. Close to beach, grocery stores, local shopping. Perfect Beach to watch the beautiful Maui sunsets!

I am Leslie and I moved to Maui 40 years ago.  I immediately started work at Luana Kai in Kihei and am still here.  I am blessed to call Luana Kai my FAMILY.  I have had the pleasure of watching families grow up year after year and some who were babies when I started are coming back with their babies now.  Such a delight.  

I am happy to say most of my employees have been here for 10 plus years.  We are on site in the front office and can take care of you.  We are a happy bunch and look forward to welcoming you to our Luana Kai home.
