There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the second bedroom features a double bed for your sleeping accommodations. Each bedroom has a television. There is one full bathroom in the home as well as a separate sink and mirror "powder area" as well as a roomy, enclosed outdoor shower and changing area. Adding to the amenities is central air conditioning, which includes an air purification system for guests' comfort. Laundry doesn't have to be a chore in the sunny laundry area which includes a full size washer and dryer.

The screened in front porch is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or tea or watch the night sky. The spacious backyard and back deck is the perfect place to spend an evening after a day at the beach. Stay in and enjoy a family meal cooked in the well appointed kitchen, or outdoors on the grill.

For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning and linens for the occupancy of the property. Commercially laundered linens are provided, including sheets, duvets with fresh covers, and one towel set (bath towel, hand towel, facecloth) per guest, plus bathmats and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included unless otherwise noted. Stays over one week may incur an additional linen charge.
