The living area is ideal for settling down for the evening, catching a game on the large TV, or relaxing in front of the fireplace with your favorite book. There isn't a better spot to take in the holiday, watch the wintertime Friday Fireworks, or just watch the skiers and mountain bikers make their way down the mountain from the large bay windows or private balcony.

The Torian Plum Condominiums is one of Steamboat's premier locations in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area. You'll be nestled next to the Gondola, Christie Peak Express, and the Steamboat Ski School. The Torian Plum has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, two indoor hot tubs, a sauna, a fitness center, and BBQ grills, so there will be no lack of year-round fun. Some of Steamboat's best restaurants and places to grab apres-ski drinks are on-site. Guests can also shop to their heart's delight at Silver Lining, Creekside Teaze, and Terry Sports. Venture out a bit further, and you can bring the whole group to natural hot springs or play a round of golf at one of the many local courses!

The Torian Plum Condominiums are located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, underground on-site parking, and more. No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas.
Please be advised that there will be ongoing construction in the area beginning in May of 2026.
Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Camper vans are not able to be accommodated for guest parking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
