This is a cozy, family friendly getaway with an open concept kitchen, living area, and dining area. The well-equipped, full kitchen features a breakfast bar, while the nearby dining table offers enough seating for up to six guests, perfect for meals or family game nights! Kick back in the living area and watch a movie or favorite series on the TV while you warm up in front of the gas fireplace. This condo also includes a furnished deck accessible from both the living area and main bedroom.

The main bedroom features balcony access and an attached bathroom. You'll have a queen and twin beds in the second bedroom, plus an additional full bathroom.

Winter in Steamboat Springs is a magical experience the whole family will love! Be sure to check out all the fantastic winter slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort such as Kuus' Cruise and Three O'Clock for the group experts, Rainbow and Moonlight for the advanced skiers, and Why Not and Spur Run for the beginners. The kids will love a trip to Howelsen Ice Arena, just three and a half miles north, where you can enjoy a pleasant open-skate on the ice and even goof off in inflated bumper cars.

You’ll find plenty of hot weather activities all over the place! Take the kids out to explore the majestic outdoor beauty of Steamboat Springs with hikes on Thunderhead Hiking Trail. The paved Yampa River Core Trail winds through town and even passes by the botanic gardens, so you can take the little ones out for a good walk while still being close to home! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
