Brand new luxury vacation home rental, previously only used by the owner! Edgemont is Steamboat Springs's luxury condominium complex with a true ski in and ski out location. Professionally decorated in modern mountain style and highly appointed, Golden Hour View offers all the convenience of home with breathtaking views of the ski area base and lower mountain.

The gourmet kitchen with island breakfast bar is part of the open floor plan to the living and dining room, providing you and your family with a super comfortable setting for your next vacation. The living room with views of the ski area has a large sectional sofa and two leather arm chairs to lounge by the fireplace or watch the Samsung high definition television. The large dining table with upholstered chairs is a great spot for dining in, whether you do the cooking or we arrange a dinner provided by private chef.

The primary bedroom suite has a plush king bed, private balcony, gas fireplace and television. The junior primary bedroom has a fantastic king bed, television, windows overlooking the ski area and en suite bathroom with tub, shower and double vanity. The third bedroom contains a twin over queen bunk bed and a window to look out over the ski area.

Four Seasons Steamboat manages this Steamboat vacation rental on behalf of the owners. Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company located in the heart of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. As locals, we are here to quickly handle any issues and provide expert Steamboat insights! We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy, and any other nightly rental restrictions.

Each of our vacation rental homes comes with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded the amount we re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).

We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.
