The house consists of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 dining room and a living room + kitchen. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, you are far from the roads: absolute calm is offered to you!

The house overlooks a 5x10m swimming pool with deckchairs and parasols and a large private garden.

The house is typical of the Périgord architecture and is maintained with care. One of the bedrooms is in a cottage right next to the house. The upstairs bedroom is recent, its access is via a path behind the house.

In the house, a dining room and the kitchen area open onto the terrace which is protected from the sun by a large awning. Large tables allow you to share your meals with 10-12 people. Right next to it, the living room and the kitchen are very well equipped. Another kitchen is available in the cottage if you want more proximity to the pool. Barbecues and electric plancha available.

Numerous outdoor spaces allow you to enjoy the setting and the garden: several terraces, relaxation area with deckchairs around the pool.

Several walks from the house allow you to visit pre-historic and panoramic sites in the Vézère Valley.

The house is 5 minutes from Les Eyzies (prehistory museum, Grand Roc cave, canoe rentals), 10 minutes from the Gouffre de Rouffignac, 25 minutes from Sarlat and the Lascaux Caves, 45 minutes from Périgueux.
