Great view!
It’s a nice condo with the only issue being that the shower is terrible. Like, the water pressure is so low you won’t be sure it’s even on and, I’m 5’4” and the shower head was almost to short for me.
Overall, it’s really nice! Has a great view of the sunset every night from the 3rd floor balcony. If you stay here, I think you’ll like it!

Great stay for last minute booking
Worked out really well for 2 families with young kids to stay together in a last minute need. Clean and comfortable. Great to have hot tubs close by. Nice grill on balcony. Glad to have washer and dryer. Would definitely stay again.

Nice space for family
I stayed in this condo with my three college kids. The two bedrooms and loft space allowed them to spread out and tackle online classes with some privacy. The amenities were nice, the kitchen is small, but thoroughly stocked, and the furnishings were fine. I would request more/better blankets. There was only a sheet, no blanket/comforter, on the queen sized bed during our stay.
The shuttle system is very convenient. It took slightly longer than stated for pick up a couple of times. Not a big deal—but if you have a reservation, you might want to factor that in. The property has pretty views from the balcony. It IS ski in, but it’s probably a 100 yard slightly uphill walk to reach a point where you can ski out.
Overall, I was satisfied, and felt we got a fair deal for what we paid.

Great Place
Only a short walk (100 yds or so) to the slope and can easily ski or board all the way back to the condo instead of walking. The free shuttle service was amazing and easy to use. They were always quick and would take us anywhere in town. I highly recommend! The condo itself was a little small (as advertised though), but was absolutely not a problem for us. We really only stayed there to sleep anyway.

Spring break stay
The staff at this place made an amazing accommodation for our family. We were coming from the Kansas City area and our entire trip was being threatened by a major winter storm that was to hit the front range and western Kansas late Tuesday night into Wednesday. We were to check in at 4pm on Wednesday afternoon. Because of the impending storm, we decided to pack everything up and drive out through the night. I sent an email to RLC and promptly had a reply that we could check in early! As we were about to leave I received a phone call that our key would just be left in a lockbox outside the office. This was amazing as we ended up arriving at about 430am after driving through the night to beat the storm. The condo itself was as you might expect for an older building. It's nothing super fancy but the location is great, ski in/walk-out essentially, but very good nonetheless. Otherwise, it had all we needed for a great spring break trip. We definitely enjoyed our stay and most definitely appreciated the 5* service making the accommodation available to us on short notice essentially in the middle of the night.

Condo was Great
The condo was great for our needs, albeit a bit hot during the day. It was easy to walk or bike to the base of the mountain on the trail downhill from/behind the condo. The view from the balcony was nice and the complex was generally quiet.

This Is a Great Place
This place is great. Very clean and spacious. There was no AC however so in the summer the second story with the bunk beds gets a little toasty. Otherwise the place was great.

Cute Place
Really enjoyed our stay here. Ski in - Yes! Ski - out, not really but very easy close walk. Place was clean and worked great for two families. Kitchen VERY small, but works. Front office staff super friendly and helpful.

Not worth money
Beware of pictures. Very deceiving. Condos are very run down, condo is extremely small with very tiny bathrooms and tiny kitchen. . Old carpet, banged up furniture and counters and very dated. You can ski in but you can’t ski out. Two very tiny hot tubs right off the front office. So you have blaring lights from office shining on you at night. Not worth money at all. We ended up moving to different condo all together.. the company was extremely accommodating and moved us to better property.
