This upper level, quiet, newly remodeled condo offers breathtaking views of the mountain. Whether you start your day by sitting in the Adirondack chairs on the balcony with a hot cup of coffee watching the snow dance on the mountain or sit on the leather couches in front of the fireplace watching the cable channels on the flat screen TV, this Steamboat condo will help make your vacation perfect. Come, put your feet up and relax!

This condo comes with an in-unit washer/dryer, fully appointed kitchen, cable TV, WiFi, new furniture and decorations, comfortable beds and bedding, and towels for the hot tub or pool. The two hot tubs are located near the condo, as is the fire pit, outdoor heated pool and outdoor complex.

Getting around town is easy from Shadow Run. You can walk to the mountain or hop on the free shuttle that will pick you up right near the parking lot. The free shuttle is convenient and will take you to and from the gondola in less than 5 minutes. It will also take you downtown, to the restaurants and shopping.

Steamboat Springs has something for everyone. Whether you come in the summer for the baseball tournaments, biking, hiking or the rodeo or the art festivals; the fall for hunting; the winter for skiing and snowboarding, or the spring to watch the wildlife, this condo is the perfect place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in the condo! It is relatively spacious and well-outfitted (lots of towels and every kitchen gadget you might need). Despite a few steps up, the top floor unit means it was quiet with great light and views. Easy parking and access to the bus to the gondola. Thanks for a great week.

This condo is great! Great view, convenient to everything including the bus stop in the parking lot, etc. Kat is very responsive to questions. No issues at all during the stay. Info emailed about a week in advance so you know how it all works. Not much you could need that isn't already in the condo.

This was likely the best vacation rental I have ever stayed in. The location was perfect - walking distance to the slopes yet easy access to a shuttle - and the view of the mountain was amazing. We were welcomed with wine and chocolate and a very well appointed home. We had everything we needed to make a memorable vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo! The space was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable for our family. The layout was perfect, offering plenty of room to relax while still feeling cozy and welcoming.Everything was well appointed and exactly as described, making our stay easy and stress-free. The location was ideal, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Late June Stay

The condo was perfect for our family. The property managers were very accommodating and communication was fast. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the location was great.

Perfect ski getaway!

This property was so perfect for us. The location was ideal with the bus stop on site, the house was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook for our family during our stay, and our host made the process so easy and welcoming! We would definitely stay here again!

Great spot!

My fiancé and I have stayed at another condo in this same complex before, but Kathy’s was the best. She did a really nice job with updating the interior and everything was well laid out. The mattress in the primary bedroom was super comfortable and was a welcome place to rest after long days on the slopes. Kathy was quick to respond with any questions and very helpful with recommendations in the area. Overall we would stay here again!

Steamboat Ski Condo

The property was in the condo area and had excellent bus shuttles to and from the ski area. The small 2 bedroom/2bath condo had been remodeled. Concerns were there were no working electrical outlets in either bathroom as well as several others in condo. No where in condo to blow dry or use an electrical hair appliance with a mirror. There was white hair, I assume dog hair on couches and bedspreads. The VRBO listing shows the condo as 1300sq ft but was small and more like 1000 sq ft. There were only 3 adults in the condo. We enjoyed skiing steamboat and the condo’s proximity to the mountain

Great ski location!

We used the bus to get to the mountain before figuring out that walking takes less time! A welcome booklet with the location of the trash/recycling as well as the hot tub might be a helpful addition but I loved the space!

Cozy with views

Our family of four had a lovely time at the condo. It was cozy and a great layout for us. We had views of the slopes and were able to watch the fireworks while staying warm by the fire!

Great stay. Expect to return.

The condo had everything we needed. Having basics like coffee filters, trash bags and paper towels was super. Condo is a quick bus ride (free) to the slopes or reasonably short walk. I had a couple fractured toes so we opted to rent a car. However if that had not been the case we could have easily reliee on the bus.

Great Time

My wife and I had an excellent stay at your condo! The kitchen was well stocked and the place was very clean. Also, the Xfinity WIFI was terrific and very dependable. The location was convenient and located on the shuttle line and very close to the Yampa River Bike Trail. The complex’s hot tub was out of order, but we still enjoyed ourselves!

Great smaller unit on the mountain.

My daughter's and I were in town for 4 nights on a last minute trip. Kathy the host was very accommodating as our flight got diverted due to weather. Check in was very easy (3:30am) and the unit was very clean and comfortable. We didn't spend a lot of time at the complex but having the washer/dryer was a nice amenity. Although the apartment didn't have AC, we were able to get cross breezes going by opening all the windows and patio door. Would definitely recommend this for a family of four. The beds in the second bedroom are twins.
