This Beautifully decorated bottom-floor Condo is a great getaway spot to enjoy your family vacation. The shared pool is just steps from the front door. When you are tired of swimming, you can sun beside the pool in lounge chairs or cool off in the shaded sitting area. It is approximately a 1/2 mile drive by car or a fun golf cart ride to the beach. Take advantage of our golf cart rentals to experience it all like a local. This property has a spacious open floor plan perfect for entertaining. There are tile floors throughout. The living room has plenty of seating which is arranged for you to be able to interact with those at the dining table or kitchen area and never miss out on the conversation or fun. It has a large flat-screen Smart TV, high-speed internet and cable, a ceiling fan, and a sofa sleeper. The modern kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, granite countertops, and stocked cabinets with cookware for your culinary needs. The wooden dining table has seating for 4, with 3 more seats at the bar. If you choose to bring your laptop, there is a perfect desk to use. The private Master bedroom (BR1) has a king-size bed, a flat-screen Smart TV, an ensuite bathroom, and a large closet for your beach attire. The master bathroom has double vanities, with a walk-in shower with glass doors. Guest bedroom #2 (BR2) has two full-sized beds, a ceiling fan, a nightstand, a walk-in closet, and a flat-screen smart TV. The laundry closet between the kitchen and master bedroom contains full-sized washer & dryer units. The back patio is just off of the kitchen with seating and a smoker/charcoal grill to cook the best local cuisine.

Overall nice condo!
Nice condo overall! Wish we had access to the restroom in the pool area. They had plenty of towels, soap, and lotion for the stay. Would stay here again.

Everything was exactly as described. Loved the pool and the condo. Very well laid out and equipped. Reasonable drive to beach and town. Would definitely stay again.

Hey Hey we love Port A!
Loved the property, the layout of it and location. Kids already asking when we can go again. We will certainly stay here again. Could use more towels and maybe a few more kitchen items but washer n dryer helps as does the dishwasher. Communication was very good and easy access as well as Check in/check out. We stayed at beach so much we never made it to pool! Maybe next time!

Great little condo for the price.
Pros: Price, Location in Port A, 2 parking spaces, Classy decorations, Comfy Beds, Washer/Dryer, First Floor.
Cons: Can hear every noise from people above this condo. Not so much to the sides of the condo, mainly above. Bathroom shower looks old and mildew/moldy.

Great place for a getaway.
My first impression when we walked in was just WOW! I’ve been vacationing in Port A for years, and this Condo is by far my favorite place I’ve stayed in! The condo is so spacious. It was immaculate and decorated so cute. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The master bed has a memory foam mattress that is extremely comfortable. There is even a very nice grill with a smoker for barbecuing on the back patio. They furnish two coffee makers, a keurig and the regular style. So many nice touches with granite countertops throughout, fresh paint and a smart tv in every room. A wonderful beach entrance style pool, that appears brand new, is on-site for those days you don’t want to go to the actual beach. The reservations were easy and we never even had to see anyone. The clean up and check out was just as easy, no hassle at all.

This place was really nice. We enjoyed it. We really only used it to sleep our heads. The only weird thing was the neighbor next to us which is watch us. It made us feel very uncomfortable even when we went to the pool they just sat there and watched us. Outside of that the other neighbors were super chill. We were able to grill with some of them and the place was super nice.

Beach House of Blues 4 stars
The accommodations provided nearly everything we needed, was clean, and beautifully decorated. The king sized bed was great and very comfortable. We really appreciated the sun sail on the patio that provided shade and privacy. The kitchen was well stocked with wares including spices. We purchased sea salt at the family center and filled the only empty bottle in the rack. The swimming pool was very well maintained, clean , and the furniture was top quality. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
The only recommendations would be to provide a little shovel to clean out the grill burnings and provide a property map to the binder showing the location of the dumpster.

Memorial Weekend
Super cute place, nice decor and the place was clean, has a charcoal grill and tv’s in all rooms. The couch pulls out but I would say it only sleeps one, probably needs a new mattress. King bed is very firm which I loved! The location is good especially if you want to rent a golf cart ( which I highly recommend). The kitchen was well equipped of pots and pans etc. My only complaint is not enough dish towels and the ones that are there were not great but there are million pot holders!! Same goes for the bath towels. I would recommend investing in some better ones! As for parking, you have 2 spots but there is also guest parking which we were able to find no problem. The neighbors however, permanent residents, not so great at one time they took up 2 spots with their truck because they say tourist always hit their truck! I get that but not cool when there is limited parking!! This place was overall great for all 6 of us!
