Book your next vacation at this newly remodeled second-story condo. Beach-inspired décor is carried throughout the home. The open living area is great for gathering on the plush, modern loveseat, couch (opens into a Queen sleeper), matching accent chairs, and a wall-mounted TV with cable. Step out the sliding glass door to sip your morning coffee while enjoying views of the shared pool and hot tub from the back balcony. Back inside, the dining area has a large table with seating for four to enjoy family meals or a game of cards. Two barstools make up the additional seating at the open bar area. The kitchen has everything needed for your culinary skills from spacious granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances to basic pots pans, and utensils. The guest bedroom (BR1) is perfect for kids with room for playing games on the floor, two Twin beds, a wall-mounted TV, a nightstand, a chest, and a closet. The hall bath has a tub/shower. Venture into the master bedroom (BR2) which has a reading area with two accent chairs, a King bed, a nightstand, a closet for your beach attire, a chest, and a TV. The ensuite bathroom has a tub/shower. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer tucked neatly at the end of the hall. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.

Nice place, pictures reflect accurately. Very close to the beach. Not everything is in amazing shape but nothing that would change the comfort or enjoyment of the stay. Would stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay! Communication was great checking in and out. Beds were comfy and tvs were nice size. This is a pet friendly unit which made it nice for us to bring our two dogs. Pool was clean and we watched fireworks poolside on the 4th. Will book here again!

Fantastic Stay
Rating Details:
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Our stay was absolutely great. Favorite condo we have stayed in, by far! Very spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, and living area. Our condo was very clean and everything was new and well kept. Only suggestions: higher pressure shower heads (though this is just a preference) and if there had been a broom or vacuum, I would have gladly cleaned up some of our sand mess during and at the end of our stay :)

Beautiful property
Nice property but lacked cleaning. Floors were dirty. Kids showered and were barefooted but before they went to bed I noticed the bottom of their feet were black. First night pulled the covers back and there were multiple stains on the sheets. Emailed the property and got responses the next day and they came to exchange sheets with us.,

Regarding the floors, it appears the build-up of cleaning products can sometimes cause a black film. This is an issue we're aware of, and we address it thoroughly during the off-season by stripping and deep cleaning the floors to ensure they're spotless.

Overall the stay was good, the only flaw was that we brought out golf cart on a utility trailer to get around the island, but upon arriving on the property, signs were posted that utility trailers were not allowed, only boat trailers, I don't understand what the difference is or the big deal.. I was told to contact the office and they told me to download an app and look for parking through there, which was an extra expense that we weren't expecting. This was just disappointing being that we had a boat ride planned shortly after arriving and had to hassle around trying to find where to park our trailer.

Surf competition trip
This is second time we stayed at this property. We truly enjoyed everything. Clean, well kept, comfy beds. Loved the new feeling of everything. Very easy to check in and out. Great location and very quiet. We loved it.

Great place to stay at a reasonable price
We did not spend much time at the units. We only used the unit for shower and sleep. Exactly as described on the website. Very clean and organized. some minor parties (loud music) at late night but nothing that bothered us.

Greatly enjoyed!
We enjoyed our stay at Port Aransas at this property. It is quite close to the ferry so is easy to locate. The condo is quite comfortable.
