This spacious retreat offers incredible Gulf views and is designed for relaxation and comfort. The master suite features a king bed and private balcony access, while the second bedroom includes 2 queen beds, and the third room has a twin bed and a full bed, ideal for families or groups. With plenty of seating options, the balcony is the perfect spot to have morning coffee and dolphin watching! The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Parking is horrendous! There is an assigned spot for one vehicle in the very cramped parking garage on site. The 2nd vehicle has to battle for a handful of spots across the street foe the entire 23 story building. This was not clearly communicated before booking. The beds were the worst we have ever slept in and our backs are still recovering after 3 days home. The couch is very worn and just as uncomfortable. The unit had an overall dirty feeling. Baseboards were very dirty and walls by vents had a lot of dust. Walking on the floor barefoot is not recommended. The baking sheets are rusty and the nonstick coating on other cookware was scratched. I would recommend bringing your own if you plan to cook while staying here. The pool on site has a capacity of 20 peopleā€¦ā€¦shocking for a 23 story building. The 2 elevators servicing the 23 story building are a joke. Forget about using them during 3:30 pm - 7:30 pm (peak check-in time). There is a rust spot in the bathtub in the secondary bathroom. There is black mold growing in the primary bath tub area. In addition, the washer and dryer are so crammed in the space for them that itā€™s hard to open the door and you have to use a broom handle to reach the light switch. Speaking of washer, itā€™s a front loader and there is terrible black mold growing on the seal. Overall, we were not impressed with this unit, especially for the price we paid.

Great place grewt location, not so great terms or communication.

Rental was great, getting the correct pool code was very frustrating after 3 different codes we ended up using someone else's, and the fact that in the terms it stated we may not have acess to the property until 7 was ridiculous. Therefore we will not rent with blue swell again for these reasons.

The location was good. The furniture in the living room was the most uncomfortable furniture I have ever used. Also the balcony furniture was just as horrible. Time to upgrade. The electrical outlets in the master bathroom didnā€™t work so you couldnā€™t blow dry your hair in it! One of the bedrooms didnā€™t have a tv that my grandson was very disappointed.

Amazing stay!

Everything about our stay was fantastic. We were on the 10th floor with a terrific view, great parking spot. The condo was very clean, no bugs at all. We could use all three showers simultaneously with great pressure and never ran out of hot water. The towels were new and fluffy, with two per person, which was greatly appreciated. The unit was modern and tastefully decorated, the washer and dryer new and large capacity. Instructions were posted, easy to read with free wi-fi, and 3 TVs. The furnished, over sized balcony was absolutely a dream with an amazing ocean view. Each floor in this building only has two units, which makes access to the elevator easy and convenient. We had one parking spot assigned to our unit, ours was in a great location. The bedrooms each had plenty of drawer and closet space and could accommodate up to 10 people nicely. We had a party of 8 and were very comfortable. The AC worked really well. The condo was very quiet and the only noise we ever heard was when we were outside on the balcony. We had 2 minor issues, the Keurig stopped working and a car parked half in our parking spot. With a simple text, a new coffee pot was delivered quickly, and locating a maintenance man near the pool, had the car corrected nearly instantly.

Great Vacation Rental

We were apprehensive about being on the 10th floor, but it wasn't bad. The elevators went really quick up to the tenth floor, and there wasn't usually a long wait. The view was amazing, and being able to step out onto the porch in the mornings and evenings to view the sky and ocean was very relaxing. Usually, with rentals there is some appliance or cookware you need that they just don't have. This place had everything we needed. There was plenty of space, and the beds were pretty comfortable. They also provided plenty of towels, rags, and face towels. In addition, the jacuzzi and pool were great. All in all, I give this place 5 stars. You will enjoy your stay. No beach chairs or umberellas are provided, so don't forget to bring your own!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I want to start off by saying that Iā€™m extremely picky with my expectations but overall the condo was ā€œniceā€. The biggest issue we ran into were that there was NO BROOM! There was a vacuum in the condo but if youā€™ve ever tried to vacuum up a lot of sand with a vacuum, you know how difficult it can be. The other big thing was just how NOT WELL the condo was stocked with normal kitchen essentials. You would think there would be at the bare minimum salt and pepper but no, only a few packets previous tenants had left behind. The microwave only worked if you held the door with your hand, which in all fairness, we didnā€™t alert the owner of because it wasnā€™t that big a deal and didnā€™t want some random repairman in the condo without us there, so we decided to not bring it to their attention. Another irritating thing was the ā€œeconomyā€ toilet flush. Never seen one of these in my life but the attempt at saving water ended up having the complete opposite effect because youā€™d have to flush the toilet 2-4 times to get it to all go down. Then the kitchen overhead light had been replaced with a smaller light, which left a hole in the ceiling. One of the sprinklers on the living room wall had the same thing, open hole around it. I just think for this level of quality being described, things like the above wouldnā€™t be an issue. Another MAJOR problem we ran into, which in fairness was not the owners fault, is that there seemed to be a whopping THREE carts for the entire building. With over 60 rooms, and everyone typically checking in and checking out at the same times on the same days, youā€™d expect there to be at least 1 for every 3 floors or so. We spent over an hour waiting on a cart on the day of check out which meant the cleaners showed up before we ever got our bags out of the room. Overall it was an ok condo but weā€™ve always stayed next door at the Ocean Villa and never have anything to co

Walmart is literally right down the road, as well as a coffee shop across the street.Parking was tight right next to the condo ( your parking spot is right in front of the building)and there is also extra parking across the street.The unit was clean, but bring essentials like paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags.The view is awesome off the huge balcony, and there is plenty of room to move around in the unit.Be aware that at the time of this writing, they are adding another elevator, which is needed. More than once, we had to wait long periods of time for the elevator.It was clean, centrally located, and quiet.
