Situated in an exclusive gated Grayhawk community in one of Arizonaā€™s most desirable zip codes, this remodeled and spacious 3BD/2.5 BA unit is the perfect choice for a family vacation or a getaway for a group of friends.

It was recently renovated from top to bottom and furnished with premium stainless steel appliances and finishes, contemporary decor, and hardwood floor or tile throughout.

The unit includes a private attached 2-car garage.

Close to one of 4 heated pools and a 2-minute walk to the gym equipped with state-of-the-art machines, thereā€™s no need to choose between relaxing or staying fit during your stay.

The open-concept living room, with a 65ā€ and gas fireplace, and fully-stocked kitchen, complete with bar and wine fridge, are great for both a low-key night home alone as well as entertaining. The table seats 6 and there are 5 barstools at the counter, plus a comfortable couch and an chair.

There is a Bluetooth speaker available.

Before dinner, enjoy drinks on the private furnished balcony that overlooks an open play area where kids can play and take in the colors of a Sonoran desert sunset sky. Grills and fireplaces are available for you to use throughout the greater property, no reservation needed.

The master bedroom has a King-size bed, 40ā€ tv, walk-in closet, baby Pack-n-Play, and full-length mirror, while the master bathroom has a double sink and a bathtub/shower combination.

The two other bedrooms have Queen-size beds and the entry-way bathroom has 2 sinks and a walk-in shower.

The unit has AC and heat and all rooms are complete with a remote-controlled fan for added ventilation.

The unit is equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer in the garage. Extra sheet sets for all the beds are located in the linen closet in the hallway, while extra towels are in the respective bathrooms. Towels for swimming are in the linen closet as well.

The couch does not pull out but there is a Queen-size blowup mattress available.

There is high-speed Wifi throughout the unit.

Great condo!

We stayed at this condo for a long weekend and it was great! The condo was super clean and comfortable. It was also well stocked with soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, extra towels, etc. The location is close to great locations in Scottsdale and not too far from Cave Creek, which we love. I highly recommend this condo.

Amazing Grayhawk property

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. The condo was beautifully renovated and decorated and extremely clean and well cared for! The kitchen is stocked with everything imaginable to create whatever menu item you desired. The furniture was comfy and the ambiance was great! The community pools and workout facility were a definite plus. Being in Grayhawk, the condo is located close to great shopping, golf, dining, walking trails, parks, and coffee shops! And the best part is that the host was super attentive and responsive and very sweet!

Fantastic Condo - Exactly as Pictured

My family stayed at this condo for spring break including our 3 kids, nanny, and her son. It looks exactly like the pictures and the owner was very communicative and helpful. It felt like staying at a hotel. The location is very central to amenities and the activities we did. The Arizona Boardwalk was a short drive and a perfect spot for the rainy day we had. We'd give it a 5 star review!

Noisy Stay

The condo is nicely remodeled and well equipped. Great location. However, our one week stay was disrupted by roof replacement each day Mon-Fri beginning before 7:30 am. Impossible to stay in the unit during the day. The owner should have known this. After initially offering to look into a solution he stopped communicating with us at all. He has a $300 fine for a single noise violation by tenants, but offered us no compensation for 5 full days of disruption. In addition, he did not disclose until after the rental transaction was completed that this was an illegal rental--the property does not allow rentals of less than 90 days.

One of the most incredible condos I have ever stayed at.Hidden gem.

Thank you so much for letting us stay at your gorgeous condo. Not only did exceed all our expectations, it was genuinely cozy and relaxing. Every morning we would sit on the patio balcony, look at the Mountain Viewā€™s with our coffee and watched our kids laugh and play at the Park. As incredible as the pictures are, it still doesnā€™t do it justice for what we experienced. Not only was it one of the best places we stayed at, it was one of our best vacations. Never expected the condo to be so close to the pools and clubhouse, so convenient. The beds, sheets, and furniture were pleasantly unexpected.. Loved the layout of the condo, great for entertaining. Also having the big two car garage with a Tesla charger was an added bonus. Everything is top notch, you nailed it. We always stay at the Four Seasons or the Fairmont Princess. But from now on we will only be staying at your places, Not only because of how well you stocked the condo, but because of the experience we had and close proximity to all the great restaurants, hiking trails, golf courses, tennis courts, pickle ball courts nearby. Your condo with all the amenities is a hidden gem that feels like a 5 star resort with 5 star customer service to match the condo. The host was AMAZING, responsive, empathetic and always willing to go out of his way for our requests. We loved how great and easy it was use the amenities and to be able sign up for the meals four times a week that the chef cooks on-site. Our family took advantage of the 4 pools, 2 gyms and the kids enjoyed watching movies in the movie theatre and using the complimentary bikes. Itā€™s so nice to stay at a place that has everything, ready waiting for you when you check in. This condo felt like home immediately. My family is already asking when can we go back and stay at this condo.

Great location!

The condo was recently remodeled, the owner did a great job! We would certainly stay again. The condo is conveniently located by the pool and the garage is a nice bonus for storing bikes.
