An oversize bar offers seating for drinks or meals and the dining room has seating with a view for four. The balcony offers new furniture where you can dine, relax, watch the sunset, and see the dolphins play. A new washer/dryer let you do laundry on site, a great convenience nowadays. Beach House offers many private amenities, including WiFi, cable, and shared amenities like a sparkling outdoor pool, fitness center, gas grills, and tennis court. This condo offers all you need for a relaxed, upscale experience on the beach.

This prime location mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
