This second floor unit is features a casual Floridian décor with a gorgeous Gulf view from a private balcony. You will find the beach pastels soothing in the living area with island style wicker furnishings, wicker dining table for four, fun sea life patterned queen sofa sleeper, and nicely tiled floor. The kitchen has light wood cabinetry, upgraded countertops, the full complement of housewares, and full size appliances. The master bedroom features island style wicker furnishings and custom designed tropical decor. The hall bunks are built in and feature a top safety rail and cozy patterned bedding, perfect for the kids! There is one full bathroom with a shower/ tub combo as well as a Jack and Jill half bathroom. Enjoy the convenience of a stackable washer and dryer also. When not on the beach, you can listen to your favorite music on the CD sound system for premium relaxation.

Things to know:
*POOL: Building A's pool is currently under construction and is projected to be completed by July 2025. Guests are able to use building B's pool next door.*
Beach service included May - October

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Fun family beach condo

Codes needed to get into the pool and in and out from the beach area into the front of building. The walk to the beach chairs to condo wasn’t far so if you wanted to go fix a lunch instead of packing a cooler you could. Close to stores and walking distance to some restaurants.

Excellent location

Location was just what we wanted. Easy access to the beach. Few suggestions - unit needs a broom. I wanted to sweep the sand a few times & couldn’t. Also, need more bath towels.

Condo was great with a great view.

The condo was nice and in a great location. The furniture was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had the basics. I love sitting out on the balcony watching the water and dolphins in the mornings and evenings. The only minor negative is that when sitting in the outdoor furniture you are looking through the railings. We brought our own bar height folding chairs so problem solved. I would stay here again.

Horrible condo! Dirty, old and not updated at all, pictures are not like the place at all! We had to call the management company to even get a bathtub mat as it was slicker than snot. And also had to ask for our parking passes.

Negative 2 is my review

The only thing we really enjoyed was the beach view and Destin as a whole. This property needs maintenance. The shower head was broken, the sink was stopped up, the oven was half cleaned, the washing machine didn't work, the box springs on the bed had stains on it(dark brown in nature). We where inconvenienced waiting on maintenance and someone to address the issues. The wall paper is peeling. You are not allowed to check in..even one minute before check in time...4 pm on dot not exception. There is noone on site to address any concerns, you have to call and wait for a call back.

View of ocean great

This room had a great view of the ocean. The cost of this room had to be the ocean view. Because everything else was a disappointment. This condo has not been updated since the early 80's . All the appliances were old & dirty. The bottom part of the dishwasher was laying flat on the floor. The tub is old and was dirty. The stackable washer & dryer was the newest of the appliances. It was ok, as long as you don't mind the washer and dryer next to the tub. Overall if you are not looking for luxury and just want the view. This would be your ideal place.

Needs work

This unit doesn't feel clean. The floor tile is really old and needs a deep cleaning or needs to be replaced. The couch seems very old and dirty - as well as the rugs. The dish washer and the stove seem old and worn down. This unit also had a mildew like smell. The unit is in a great location with a perfect view but needs new flooring, rugs, couch, kitchen appliances. Also needs new wallpaper or paint throughout the unit.

Not great but not terrible

There were only four of us but an adult didn’t want to sleep on top bunk bed so she had planned on staying in sleeper sofa. No extra linens were provided and when I emailed to ask about it they told me they supplied the linens and if there weren’t enough guests normally bring extra. We were already there so bringing extra was not an option at that point. There was not enough kitchen utensils, no pan to even scramble an egg with. Phone service was terrible and the WiFi only worked in the bedroom where the router was. Tv kept going in and out on us. The pool is always in the shade so beware of that. The ocean view made up it better!

Summer Trip

4 stars because everything worked as it should, it was very clean, but definitely dated. Wallpaper peeling all over, many tiles in floor are loose and missing grout, pictures crooked on the wall, and the king size bed needs to be shot and put out of it’s misery. Great view which is why we picked it and overall satisfied.

The view and location to the beach was amazing. The condo was spacious enough for our family of six

The view and location of the condo were fabulous, nothing like being directly on the beach. The condo was decently clean however the tiles were coming up in the bathroom and when we pulled out the sleeper sofa for the night, there was blood on the mattress cover and no blanket for the bed. The kitchen could use a skillet or oven mitts but the appliances were clean, new and easy to use. There is no broom in the condo so trying to keep the sand off the floors was challenging. The convenience of the washer and dryer was great and we used it multiple times during our stay. Overall we had a great stay at the beach, but there are a few things thing owner could add to make this condo that much better.

Great location, terrible bed

Honestly, we had a great stay. I can’t complain too much, other than the bed. Which. Is. Horrible. Like seriously… replace that thang! Oh- the kitchen and bathrooms are kinda old.. but we’re not cooking so whatever. I will say the unit was clean and smelled fresh. Buuut. You’re staying here for the location. Its fantastic. The daily umbrella/chair setup is great, super short walk to the beach, perfect sunsets. Also, this beach is extra beautiful. Not located by a lake where you might get that brown runoff.. And the building is relatively small, only 3 stories, so the beach doesn’t get too crowded. We would totally stay at this building again, just maybe not *this unit*. But hey, replace that bed and we’ll see ya next year!

The bed and couch were not comfortable, the handle was broken on the dryer, so we could not do laundry. One of the toilets were clogged. On the upside the view was beautiful and it was sunny everyday

Just ok

The king bed needs to be updated! Mattress is terrible and so is the mattress on the sofa bed. All of the decor is very out dated but I guess it could have been worse. The condo was clean and it was a located perfectly. Loved that the beach chairs were out in the morning and all you had to do was claim one for your day. Appreciated the extra beach chair in the condo and the body board.
