Updated & Completely Remodeled Holiday Isle 2 bed/2 bath Condo. Enjoy a relaxing & memorable vacation in this fully and newly furnished and decorated condo. This condo is located in front of the harbor and behind it sits the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and East Pass in Destin.

This condo location offers the best of both worlds! Enjoy ocean sunsets & sunny days in the sand. While also delighting in the close proximity of the harbor with all its restaurants and activities! The white sandy beach is right out of the back of the complex. The newly renovated Norreigo Point is a 0.3 mile walk. There is also a pool at the complex to use at your pleasure. You will have access to an elevator to aid you during your stay. Brand new quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, Backlit LED/Bluetooth Bathroom mirrors, a Keurig coffee machine, fully stocked kitchen, and brand new decor and furnishings are sure to impress you during your stay. We also feel it is important that we provide beach amenities to use during your stay, so look forward to finding beach chairs, an ice chest, sand toys, and other beach items in the condo.

Great condo right on the beach!!

Perfect place to stay, the place very clean they had a private beach right behind the building and condo was stocked with basically everything you needed. Definitely will stay here again.

First time in Destin Florida

We spent 2025 Memorial week in Destin. I flew from Alaska and then drove my family from Austin Texas to Destin. It was an amazing stay! The condo was perfect! Everything was well thought of. Hope to book this condo again soon. Thank you for everything!!!

Perfect Location

My family enjoyed our stay here. It’s the perfect location. We don’t like getting knocked down by the waves on the beach, this location is perfect. The water is calm and fun to snorkel in.

Spring Break 2024

We enjoyed our stay for spring break 2024. Condo was clean and it was awesome to have beach chairs and cooler provided for the stay. Access to beach was good and it was nice to have an elevator to access 3rd floor.

Family Beach Getaway

My family of 4 stayed 3 nights. Overall, our stay at was nothing short of amazing. The combination of the private beach, pool access, stunning harbor views, and friendly atmosphere made it a vacation to remember. The owners were quick to reapond to any questions that came up. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy a perfect beach getaway.

Great place for a small family.

The unit was nicely decorated, updated, and super clean. Location is perfectly situated in between the bay and ocean. The street outside is quiet and perfect for anyone wanting to get out and exercise without fighting busy street traffic.

Great Condo!!

A group of 4 of us stayed here and we loved it!! It had the perfect amount of space for all of us. It was 10 min from harbor area. It had everything we needed for a day out in the beach! Patrick was super helpful and attentive with any questions we had.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The property was extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed minus our snacks, obviously. The only con we faced was it’s a bit of a walk to the nearest beach. We knew this when booking though. Just wanted to mention it incase you’re booking with elders that it may not be ideal. We will certainly keep this place in mind when we come back. Was a great trip and the host were quick to answer when we needed their help. Enjoy!!

July 4th

The condo itself was perfect!! The beach access was little to desire, you have to get past the Emerald Grande private area and then you can find a place to setup, its a pretty good distance to walk we ended up going over to Ft Walton to enjoy the beach. July 4th we had to wait for someone to leave in order to park in our own gated community because another vacationer decided to jam the gate open and the parking was a free for all.

A bit of a rocky start as the gate code given was incorrect and keypad not user friendly, but I was able to easily get in touch with the property owners to resolve. The condo was very well stocked, exactly as described, and had lots of great personal touches. Definitely recommend!

Location! Location! Location!

GREAT location! Nice condo with everything you need for the beach. Chairs, tent, toys, cooler n body boards. 5 min away from drugstores, food and beverages. Kitchen has blender, toaster n coffee maker. Needs a few more pots/pans if you're cooking for large family. A/C works great. Awesome spot for snorkeling. Fish galore, sea turtles, sharks, dolphins, stingrays etc. Can't wait to go back!

Perfect vacation

Perfect vacation! We loved everything about our unit. This was our second time staying at the pool side villas and we loved the location and interior of this unit. The exterior of pool side villas does need some maintenance as it does look like it’s currently under construction in some areas. Hopefully by next year it will be completed. Our unit wasn’t included in the construction areas and didn’t affect our experience though! We love it here! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Destin Vacation

We loved the condo! The condo was super clean, and everything was well taken care of. We loved how beach items were provided and we could tell that the owners loved providing a good experiene.The dryer did take about three cycles to dry as home, but eventually got the job done. The property was mostly well maintained. The pool was rather small and got crowded at certain times of the day. There were certain guests that were too loud and other members had to call authorities for them to remain at a quiet volume so we could sleep. The beach access was AMAZING. We loved how the beach was shallow enough that our kiddos could play all day. This was the best part for us! We loved how everything you needed, grocery, restaurants, etc. was close by and only took a short trip. Overall I highly recommend staying here for the amazing beach trip and location!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and location was great. I was hesitant based off of some of the reviews from others on the walk to the beach area. Turns out it's not as far as anticipated. Also, the four cove areas at the end of the street are within walking distance as well. The parking for this area basically ends directly in front of where we stayed. Would recommend beach bags vs carts which are more difficult to pull in the sand. We did parasailing through Just Chute me which I highly recommend. I almost bought tickets to snorkel but would have been highly disappointed as the boats drop off snorkelers right at the beach we were on! Foodwise we recommend Boshamps, get there around 4:30/4:45 or be prepared for a couple hour wait! Bistrology was great for breakfast and common marketplace has delicious sandwiches. Saw a few turtles from the rocks by the beach and also walking to the end of the island.

Great! Right on the beach

We loved our stay in Destin! First problem we had was that the gate number they gave us was incorrect so we were unable to get into the parking area and when we tried to call the cell phone numbers provided, it took several attempts to contact them. Once we got in, however, it was perfect! The only thing I wish we could have changes was that the balcony sliding glass door would not lock. This was a bit of a safety concern since our children were sleeping on the pull-out couch, but because we were on the 3rd floor, we felt ok about it. Overall, great location and property!

Nothing short of amazing!

This was a beautiful condo! The location was perfect not too loud not too quiet. We were still able to see the beach and lights from The Harborwalk. The home looked exactly like the pictures. Thank you! We’ll be back 😁
