Located along Scenic Gulf Drive in beautiful Destin, this modern fifth-floor condo comes with an array of wonderful amenities and comforts for an amazing getaway. Situated within quick walking distance to the beach, you can enjoy the sand and waves with ease. Or, for a closer retreat, the shared pool and hot tub await!

The interior is vibrant with sophisticated and beach-themed decor, and plenty of space for everyone to spread out after eventful days. Gather together in the living area boasting comfortable furnishings and a TV, while the adjacent dining area beams of elegance and is perfect for sharing family-style meals prepared in the open kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout allow you to enjoy the beautiful, surrounding area. Central air-conditioning will keep the entire group cool, or, head out to the private balcony for fresh air. Before heading to one of the comfortable bedrooms, toss in the day's clothes in the washer/dryer. Another amazing day awaits tomorrow!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Amazing vacation

Enclave A505 was clean and tidy. Right across the street from the private beach access. Many places within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again. Plenty of towels and amenities. Just a great place to relax.

Great find

Great, clean rental with close beach access and walking distance to multiple restaurants. Only negative is available beach is very narrow since it’s between 2 private beaches and is monitored. It can a get crowded with tents.

WOW!

This was our first time in Destiny and this property was AMAZING exceeded all my expectations! Clean house amazing location and the pool was great! The Private entrance to the beach was such an amazing addition! Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful home with us! I am definitely adding this location to our favorites and we will be back!

Great condo

This lovely condo was just as described. It was very clean, all the beds were very comfortable, upgrades to flooring with carpets all clean and hardwood throughout , except bedrooms . It was so close to the private beach access, with beautiful view of the ocean from the kitchen window , dining room and balcony . I was so pleased and would most definitely recommend this condo :)

Great place for a family

This unit was very convenient to many things and an easy walk to the beach. The designated beach area was small but nice. The unit is large and the rooms are spacious. Bathrooms need updates but most other areas have been updated. Very comfortable. The dressing area and closet in the master are big enough to set up a portable crib or toddler bed. Bring plenty of quarters for laundry which is right outside the unit and easy to use.

Clean and close to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay with our kids. There was plenty of space for everyone and the beds and couch were comfortable. The beach access is directly across a neighborhood street from the condo. It was very easy to access. Plenty of towels were available. Note: The unit does not come with any games or puzzles that I have come to expect at other rental properties so if you like that sort of thing, make sure you pack it. Also no plastic cups or dishes for kids were included so bring that if you need it.

This condo was out dated, nasty and not well furnished. We covered couches with sheets cause nasty.

We arrived on Friday to no internet and 4 teen kiddos. They finally restored it on Thursday. They address your concerns and tell you what you needp to hear with no actions. I called and complained about it being dirty (on Saturday) and was told someone would be up ASAP to clean. I was told that 3 times during the week. I also waited 4 days before I finally got a skillet bigger then an egg. I do not and will not recommend this place EVER! For the money we paid, we could have enjoyed our week much better somewhere else. We come down with a baseball team ever year and stay at Leeward. We had to upgrade to a 3 bedroom and The Enclave is owned by same company so we thought it would be fine. Ummmmm NO!!! Don’t waste your money and go stay somewhere else that’s cheaper, nicer and cleaner!

We absolutely love this place!!

The master bedroom has a very big closet very big you could fit a air mattress there if you wanted to.. I was worried about the two car parking but thats for the downstairs parking space you could just park in front of the condo parking lot I 100% recommended this place the kids loved it and the teens enjoyed the pool a lot..

Great location

Great location but the condo needs some updates. The Enclave was a great location near the beach, while being small enough that you don’t have to fight for elevators. A505 has lots of room, very spacious with comfy beds. The condo is outdated, and could use new appliances, and carpet. There is not a hairdryer, so pack your own, and the washer and dryer are not in the condo, but are accessed on each floor and coin operated. Check-in was super easy, and we felt very safe in the complex.

Destin Getaway

The condo location was great. The condo was spacious for a family of 4, although, easily could have accommodated 4 more. The beach was right across the street. The condo's furniture and appliances were outdated, but overall it was a nice place to stay.

This apartment is definitely for a very laid back family who don’t really care about the little things and just want somewhere to sleep. We couldn’t check in until 4 due to cleaning which we understood with COVID and everything going on, but when we arrived it just smelled like a bunch of bleach and nothing was really clean. It didn’t make us feel comfortable. It needs plenty of updating. The carpet, the balcony handle broke off completely, the shower makes crazy noises when showering, and you cant even plug anything into the outlets without it disconnecting. The cable isn’t updated to view anything on the guide. It was a lot of little things for us that wont bring us back to this particular unit. We love the Enclave though and will stay here next time at another unit! The beach is right across the building. And the Customer Service members are extremely nice.

Plenty of Room/Great Location

There is plenty of room for 8-10 people to enjoy. The rooms are a little dated and repairs are needed on the door to the balcony. The beach is right across the street to a private beach where you can rent chairs and umbrellas. We are looking forward to coming back!!
