Brand new large elevated private balcony over looking the lake and another private balcony facing the gulf side of the property.

Located directly across the street from the beach this beautifully renovated home has tile floors throughout with freshly painted walls , new stainless appliances, and refinished cabinets. Unit 13 is the closest unit to the entrance of the pool and just a 2 minute walk to the beach.This unit is located on the first level. However I own the upstairs unit as well so if you would like the upstairs unit just let me know before you book to see if it is available. So if you are looking for more room i can have the lock out door separating the upstairs and down opened for you making it a 4 bedroom 4 bath for larger families or if you want it also be closed if you don't wish to see them lol. Its almost like when you go to a hotel and ask for adjoining rooms.

The Calendar will not be fully blocked off until both units are rented. If you specifically want up stairs or down please tell me. If not I will place you in the unit that is available. They are both identically remodeled except the leather couch upstairs is red.

Welcome to our lovely home with a beautiful view of the Gulf. It is perfectly situated with views of the emerald blue waters and sugary-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the shores of Four Prong Lake right in your back yard! This 2 bedroom and 2 bath home has a large master bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a full over queen bunk bed and it's own bathroom. This unit sleeps 4 - 6. Fully furnished and equipped for the perfect family vacation with all the comforts of home. Freshly refurbished with beautiful beachy appointments as well as large tv's, free wifi, and beach chairs. Centrally located near fine and casual dining, family entertainment, watersports, fishing, golf, and of course, shopping!

Great Location

Great location and great comfortable unit. Beautiful view off the back and right next to the pool in the front. Perfect little family get away spot. Easy to get to the beach, easy to get to the pool and easy to relax on the back porch and watch the turtles and fish! Loved our stay. Thank you!

Family Tradition

We’ve booked this place the same week for 4 years now. We love it. It has everything our family of 5 needs for a week stay. Location is great to beach, shopping and dining. Just wish it had more towels, behind tv in family room need dusting and primary bedroom needs dusting (walls and lamp). Great additions since our last stay are the tub/shower bars and air purifier.This place is now apart of my family’s vacation tradition. Thanks so much. Will definitely continue to book.

Destin Get-A-Way

Location was excellent, nice views and beach access was great. one star is taken off as we have been back from our trip for over 2 weeks and the owner has not returned the security deposit yet!

Destin Beach

We have stayed at this condo every visit over the last 5 years. It is always clean, quiet and the owner is always available by phone should you require an unexpected service. The location is convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping. I would recommend it to anyone.

Spring Break

Had a great stay here and would stay here again. The condo was super cute and that back porch is AMAZING! So close to the beach and pool. Had everything we needed and more! Only downside is hearing every footstep and noise from upstairs. Thankfully it was mostly during wakeful hours. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Area and Location

This location is beautiful and in a great area close to everything. The beach is directly across the street and can be accessed through a tunnel under the street. We did not get to visit the beach because it rained the entire time we were there. Depending on the season you visit some of the restaurants close at 9:00 p.m. There is a wide variety of food choices to choose from. There is also a lot of places to visit as well as shopping galore! We really enjoyed our visit, the location we stayed at, and we will definitely be back soon.

AMAZING!!

This property was beyond our expectations, everything we could possibly need and more. Pool right out from our door and just a short distance to the beach! Amazing eateries all within walking distance, we are already planning our next trip!! We highly recommend this property, our teenage girls even had fun! The manager was fast at responded to my questions. Check in was easy and painless! We were even allowed a day early check in!! Thank you for letting us stay!!

Great location

Pros: great location, easy access to the beach, the absolute best crab dip is within walking distance, it has a great porch overlooking the small lake (the turtles loved being fed!…SO many turtles!) King sized bed was comfy and the bedroom was roomy. Cons: the main living area is not child friendly-lots of glass and breakables, the floor needed to be mopped- my grandson’s clothes, knees and feet were black from crawling around. The living area and kitchen are pretty small- luckily we weren’t there much. We would probably stay again due to the great access to the beach.

A bit noisy on the bottom floor and couldn’t get the Apple TV to work but otherwise a good stay

The location was great, I loved sitting on the deck and watching the turtles in the little back pond. It’s a short walk to a beautiful beach. There was a running toilet that the property manager had fixed right away, however the sheets from the last stay were in the washer when we got there, we could hear everything our neighbors upstairs were doing and we could not get the Apple TV to work. Also, we asked for a late check out and we were granted it, but the cleaning person showed up at the original checkout time and stayed until we left.

Nice Place to stay

We were unable to watch ESPN, etc. and the TV was so complicated we finally just gave up. We even had one of our relatives try to help us and he is good with technology. We had to unclog the master bath sink and the light in the living room does not work and neither does the Keurig coffee machine. So the place needs some attention. Other than that the beds are very comfortable and the rest was great. Mark & Coni Cecil

Needs some work

The unit was not as clean as it should have been. Rugs, some kitchen ware, other things, required cleaning that we did. Cleaning fee was of no value. Some of the cookware was not suitable for use and should be replaced. There was no glass bakeware and we had to buy our own.

Amazing location and stay

My daughter and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this immaculate property in Destin, and I can confidently say it made our vacation an exceptionally special trip. From the moment we walked in, we were met with an atmosphere of comfort and hominess that immediately set the tone for our stay. The first thing that caught our eye was the stunning view from the back patio. Overlooking the Four Prong Lake, it was the perfect backdrop for our morning coffee and sunset dinners. With easy beach access right from the property, it was a breeze to go back and forth from the beach without having to cross any roads—there's even a convenient walkway that leads right to the sand! Our host went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Towels, beach chairs, and even area information were all readily available, showing the thoughtfulness that went into every aspect of our stay. The addition of Apple TV gave us a cozy option for winding down in the evenings, while the detailed check-out instructions made our departure as smooth as possible. I cannot stress enough how this property and our wonderful host made our vacation truly unforgettable. Everything was just perfect and made our trip with my daughter a special experience that we'll cherish forever. It's a 10/10 for us, and we are already planning on booking here again for our next vacation.

Location was great but Unit needs work

The location and proximity to the beach is perfect. Just a short walk will get you to the powdery beaches in less than 3 min. The swimming pool is right in front of the unit as well and we enjoyed the warm pool after a long day. One downfall is that there is no view of the beach from the Condo. If you’re looking for this you may need to select another unit or rent the top unit. The unit itself is spacious but can use some upgrades. The air conditioner did not perform well and it was difficult to get the condo below 74 during the day. The property manager did in fact call the tech to service the unit so hopefully it’ll function better in the future. I went outside to see if perhaps the unit had frozen due to humidity and noticed it was really old and was struggling. We had a difficult time the first few days cooking as the knobs on the cooktop were not oriented properly and we could not get the cooktop to shut off. The dining chairs were also worn and had little to no cushion. One of the dining chairs was also loose and we almost fell when sitting down to eat. The bedroom linens and pillows can also use an upgrade. The pillows were really flat and the sheets made it feel warm at night. Could’ve been the air conditioner also not working but they felt sticky. Our last issue was the renters on top. There was so much stomping especially during the night. We did contact the property manager who addressed this concern right away.

This was our second stay and it was awesome just like before. We were literally steps away from the beach and the lake view was the best. A perfect stay for a family to enjoy the beach. We will definitely book again for our yearly family trip.

Stay was great at this property just as photos depicted. However if you plan on preparing most of your meals make sure when you stop at the store that you pick up necessary items such as seasonings, extra toilet paper and paper towels as well.

Great rental for a couple!

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was perfect for my husband and I. We really liked the location in regards to how close it was to the beach which is just across the street with an access walkway under the road so you don't have to cross any busy roads. The layout was nice as well. However, the unit does need some work, mainly the bathrooms. The kitchen wasn't well equipped and the cabinets were not very clean. So if you were staying there for a few weeks, cooking could be a bit of a challenge. We ate out most nights, but ate breakfast and lunch in most days so it wasn't a real problem for us. Also the unit could have been a bit cleaner. Overall, we would still recommend this unit to others.

When my wife and I would stay at a vacation rentals we would be upset of how out of date everything was and how the pictures weren't accurate, either they were 10 years old or just straight up not the same.
