Huntington by the Sea 303 is located on the third floor, providing unparalleled views of the Gulf of Mexico from the spacious, private balcony. This condo also has a sofa bed in the den area. Upon entering, you will fall in love with the gorgeous tile floor and exquisite décor throughout, along with the added convenience of having a washer and dryer combination in the unit. Towards the entrance, you will find the guest bedroom on your right, which leads to its own private bathroom featuring a single vanity and tub/shower combination. Down the hall, you will find the well-equipped, spacious and tastefully decorated kitchen on your left which opens directly into the dining area and living room. The dining room table seats up to six guests comfortably, perfect for the whole family. The living room has a large television along with a DVD player and endless DVD rentals. Take a glance directly out to the crystal-clear waters and white sandy beaches from your large balcony. There is also plenty of furniture available on the balcony to enjoy the warm breeze or watch the sun rise and set each day. Huntington by the Sea offers a perfect getaway atmosphere, offering a large seasonally heated outdoor pool, a beach gazebo and on-site laundry facilities for added convenience.

*There will be on going exterior restoration at the neighboring condo building until August 2025. Guests may experience an excess of noise during working hours.*

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
