This lovely, top floor condo directly overlooks the gorgeous gulf of Mexico! Enjoy perfect sunsets on your private balcony. This beautiful home has a large, fully stocked kitchen, large living area with gulf views, and spacious bedrooms to accommodate all of your guests. The wet bar and open dining area make this condo perfect for gathering with the entire family. The impressive cabinetry, hardwoods floors and updated bathrooms set this condo apart.

This home has 3 bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms and can accommodate nine guests. The extra large master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a luxury style walk in shower. You can also access the balcony from the master bedroom, as well as from one of the guest rooms and living area. The second bedroom has a queen bed with balcony access, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin bed on top of a full. There is also a washer and dryer and a sleeper sofa for added sleeping space.

Huntington by the Sea is located in the heart of Miramar Beach, and is walking distance to stores and local restaurants. Onsite amenities include a seasonally heated pool, beach gazebo and onsite laundry facilities. This condo is sure to host your best vacation yet!

This was my second stay in this unit, and it was exceptional once again. Although I typically book along 30A, this property truly exceeded my expectations. Destiny Beach Properties maintained excellent communication prior to my arrival, providing helpful information and promptly answering all of my questions. The condo was immaculate and very comfortable. I look forward to reserving this unit for my future visits.

Will stay here every time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is a dream! It’s much bigger than most of the condos I’ve stayed in. The master bedroom was HUGE! I did not see a single bug the entire time we were there (thankfully). The view is amazing, the patio is also huge! I want to stay here every time we come down. It wasn’t super crowded either. It was perfect. The only thing I can say is that I strongly suggest getting new mattresses and pillows. They were awful. My neck hurt every morning. Other than that, this place is wonderful!

My friend group takes an annual trip to Mirmar Beach!This condo is in a great location! It’s very spacious and beautiful! It is a perfect location! We love to go to our favorite restaurants in Destin and on 30A! It’s right in the middle! The beach is magnificent! The staff has always been very helpful and friendly!

The Great Escape

We loved our stay! The condo was so lovely and had everything we needed! It has a huge balcony which we enjoyed soaking up the gorgeous views! When we had a need the maintenance manager was quick to respond! The staff was very friendly! We LOVED IT!

One major flaw to this lovely vacation spot

From the moment we arrived at the 4pm check-in til about 10pm, we had killed 7 to 8 roaches, which is why we must rate our stay a 3. We sent an email that night, and phoned on Monday requesting pest control (which took place on Thursday). We killed about 2 roaches a day after that. Due to the infestation, we immediately purchased 10 combat roach motels and placed them around the kitchen, bar area, and entry way. The unit was large and very accommodating for the size of our family. The in-unit washer/dryer was wonderful to have, but unfortunately, because of the roach problem, we will not stay at Huntington By The Sea again.

Beautiful View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This fifth floor vacation condo offers a beautiful view of the gulf from a large balcony. The condo is very nice with a lot of space. It would have been nice if beach towels were was nice that two chairs and an umbrella are included. There are two things that I recommend for the bathrooms. One is to have soap available for handwashing and a deep cleaning of the showers and bathtub is needed. The beds are not real comfortable and the mattresses probably need replaced. I would suggest the kitchen be stocked with basic condiments such as salt and pepper. Also, quality cookware would be a nice touch. Overall I enjoyed the stay because I spent the majority of my time on the balcony enjoying the beautiful view. For the money, I’m not sure I would stay here again.

Beautiful View

Huntington By The Sea has the most beautiful view. What a wonderful view to wake up to, being able to hear the ocean waves all day and night. The sunrise / sunset were fantastic. I can't say enough great things about this beautiful condo and the view you get. If you are looking for a relaxing, beautiful view of the ocean, beautiful condo this is your place. Thank you and God Bless

Love this place!

Our 4th stay in this condo and we will be back! Only negative is we saw several roaches in the kitchen. We didn’t do any cooking and had very little in the way of food in the condo. Want to give thumbs up to the lady who cleans the walk ways and pool area. They were immaculate considering all the foot traffic. It was super hot the week we were there and was always cheerful and friendly.

Great location but needs a lot of repairs.

The mattresses were horrible. We had three showers and only one worked. One partially worked the other not at all. The manager blew me off. They never got fixed.

Great location and view but not everything was great… We’ll be back but not to this condo.

We usually always stay in Seaside/Seagrove but decided to switch it up this year. Miramar beach was beautiful, location was great and the view was amazing. On the way down I received an email at 10:30 Saturday morning stating that the toilet in the bunk room wasn’t working and it would be Monday before a plumber could make it out. Things happen we understood, wasn’t ideal since that was the kids room/bathroom but we made due because we knew it was only for 2 days. The plumber came out Monday but didn’t even go in that bathroom, he went into the master bathroom took the back off the toilet (did not replace it back) then said he would talk to his manager and be back. I emailed Jen on Monday to let her know and she said she would check on it, but we never heard back. So we were out that 3rd toilet (in the kids bathroom) the whole week. I know from booking many condos over the years that that 3rd bathroom drives the listing price up. When I emailed Jen yesterday to let her know the toilet was never fixed I also let her know they need to get the condo sprayed bc there was definitely a roach issue. They were in the cabinets (in cups) and on the countertops, just what you want when your a family that cooks and eats in on vacations. There was a space above the garbage cans that you pull out that had trash collected up there, looks like it’s been collecting there a while bc it was not anything we had. So cleaning is not detailed. Pull out the ice bin and bugs there as well.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great location in Miramar, and we loved the private beach. We appreciated the two chairs that came with our stay, and were able to rent two additional. On the downside, we received a text on the day of our arrival that the 3rd bathroom had a toilet that was being repaired and we should not use it. The part had been ordered and it would be fixed soon. Then, we received another text that the air wasn’t working, and they had a service call in to a company to come look. We arrive after our 7 hour drive to an 85 degree condo. We called Jen, the one who sent the text about both issues, and she didn’t have an update. She directed us to Aaron, after hours maintenance, maybe? He didn’t have an update. We went to dinner, killed a little time, came back to a still hot condo. An HVAC technician arrived around 11:00 that night. I don’t know what the problem was, but we took a pic of the air filter that he removed, and it was filthy. So, needless to say, we bought fans and slept hot until the air cooled down the condo. I got up during the night to get a drink, opened the fridge, and there was a HUGE roach inside the fridge. So, we had to through away dinner leftovers and fruit we had purchased. Then, the next morning, there were roaches on the kitchen counters and in the bathrooms. I had to throw away a pound of bacon because a big and small roach crawled across it while I was cooking breakfast. I reported this to Aaron and he said he would let the building company know. I tried to call Jen for an update on the 3rd bathroom several times, with no answer. Finally called Aaron on Wed. about the 3rd bathroom and he didnt have answer. We paid for a third bathroom, in the bunk room that two teenage boys were using, but couldn’t use it. They had to share with two teenaged girls, which was an issue we were trying to avoid. We also had to take the trash downstairs, across the parking lot to a dumpster and got

Great Vacation Spot

The beaches have gotten so crowded, but this building had the least crowded beach b/c there is no one behind it. Umbrella/chairs included in the stay. Spacious condo and deck. Only downside was there were roaches in the unit, which made their appearance on day 3. Just a few though, and we kept the trash clean and food off the counters. Anyway, still not a huge deal in the scheme of things. Loved it, would come back and stay in this unit again.

We killed a lot of roaches in the kitchen. One even crawled on my mom in bed. The toilet in the guest room broke on the 2nd day. The plumber came and said he would return the next day but never came back. So that bathroom wasn’t working for the entire stay. For the price we paid to stay a week, we were overall very disappointed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful place and wonderful stay. A few issues to explain: The bed is absolutely horrible. It slopes downward. We stayed for 1 month and 3 weeks in, our backs hurt so bad we had to spend $260 going to a chiropractor. 2) The pictures show a sectional couch but that is not there. The couches are very bad. 3) The internet barely worked. Sometimes it took 5 minutes to get to a webpage on my macbook.Beautiful view, location and Jen was super helpful and nice. I would hire her.

Clean, uncrowded beach, uncrowded pool, everything we needed was provided in the unit. As an AirBnb host, I would recommend the mattress in the main bedroom be replaced as it is lumpy with huge dips (the only reason for not giving this a 5 star rating on codition). We would definitely book this unit again!

Reviewer Comments: we've been staying at huntington by the sea every summer for the last 10 years. we love it. condos are very nice and accommodating. beautiful beach view also. my fav part is that it's a family oriented place. the private beach never gets overcrowded. we will be staying again next year. our only problem with the condo is the toilet in the guest bathroom kept overflowing and one of the sliding glass doors in the main bedroom wouldn't lock. other that that...all aces.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From booking to stay the entire experience was great! Aaron with Destiny has been great to work with when it comes to booking. The unit is always clean and as advertised. Our trip went very smooth because Destiny did their part. We LOVE HBS for so many reasons and have stayed in the building 10 plus years. Maria is on site daily to make sure things are clean, orderly and people act as expected. The chair rental company has great employees and quality equipment. The beach is private and much less crowded than most beaches near by. HBS is conveniently located to everything! It’s checks all our boxes year after year!
