This amazing 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is truly a cut above with phenomenal views from a spacious fourth-floor balcony. The property is conveniently located right across Gulf Shore Drive from the sugar white sand beach and emerald green waters. You will surely love the amazing sunsets! The master bedroom features a queen size bed, flat screen TV with DVD player, a private master bathroom, and private access to the balcony. The second bedroom has two double beds, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player. There is a full, hall bath with easy access from the main area and guest bedroom. The living room has a cozy sofa, coordinating furnishings, a large flat screen TV, DVD player, access to the oversized balcony which is directly overlooking the canal side with amazing views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico also. There is an upscale fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar with bar stools, and a dining area seating a total of six. For your convenience, enjoy a private full-size washer and dryer to use during your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Relax and Enjoy

This is a beautiful condo in a wonderful location. It is clean and well equipped to prepare meals. Short drive to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

The customer service was terrible from Vacasa. They never gave me my beach access badge, the condo wasnt in the best shape, the office was closed the entire time we were there. So every problem we had we couldn't talk to anyone about it. Everytime I called vacasa they gave me the run around about everything. Pretty much told me.to deal with it. Couldnt even give me one night free! Heck i couldnt even get an I'm sorry for ruining my vacation.

Sizeable 2 bedroom with a partial ocean view

Loved the view, especially in the evenings and short walk to the beach. Larger than expected condo comfortably fit our family. Only complaint is we had to figure out the pedestrian gate code from a neighbor since Vacasa support could not provide it.

Great location for the price

Only reason I couldn't give it a 5 stars is because we found dirty dishes in the cabinet don't know if it's from the owner or previous guests but we found 1 bowl, 1 plate and one glass cake pan in the drawers, completely dirty. Other than that the kitchen laundry room was nice, bedrooms was spacious, and bathroom ls was amazing with plenty amenities. Would definitely recommend

Our first time at harbor landing

We were definitely impressed by the closeness of the ocean and a little key fob to enter. The view was great too! But we wanted to borrow a golf cart and there was no one around to tell us how. Also little things like salt and pepper shakers would have been nice. And pots and pans are older and small. We went and bought a frying pan to make meals. We liked this condo with all its beach themes it is definitely a mood enhancer. Couple more subtle things: kids arent allowed in jacuzzi and parking spaces are extremely tight. We got a little dent from other car. That being said we still wanted to stay forever!

Beautiful condo near the beach!

The condo was very large. Pros: it was beautiful, very close to beach with private gate. The pool is huge! The neighborhood is quiet. Beach area not as busy due to private homes on the beach. Water was beautiful. Everything within close proximity like stores and restaurants. Cons: no instructions to walk to beach and have badge to let you in and out plus an extra code to enter walking gate. Had to ask neighbors. No blankets for the people sleeping on the couch. Must buy your own paper towels and dish washing soap. They only provide one each. I will definitely book again!

Checking in was an extremely frustrating experience. My family and I were initially given the gate codes the day before checking in, but they were for May-July. I had to reach out to Vacasa to receive the correct codes for August. The most frustrating part was that we were told that our parking pass and beach access card would be ready in our unit by the time we arrive. When we arrived, there were no cards. I immediately reached out to Vacasa, and they gave me the number of the local on-site manager. When I called him, he was out of the office by then, and his voicemail said he would be out of the office for the next 2 days. We ended up parking in the lot nearby, which was manageable, but we had no access to the beach the next morning. I messaged back and forth with Vacasa, who told me repeatedly that the cards were in the unit (but they were not). They told me to check random spots, and my family and I tripled checked and, of course, did not find them. I then asked to speak to an agent over the phone. I talked to someone, who said they would try to call the local manager. I informed them again I had already tried multiple times, but they attempted with no luck. Thankfully, they got in touch with another manager, who was responsive and coordinated with the on-site manager to give us the cards. Overall, the condo was beautiful, and the location was great, but the logistics to check-in were stressful, and I did not appreciate the back-and-forth and the lost time at the beach.

Bare Minimum

We never got the gate code for July. After calling property management, Vacasa, etc and not getting a response for hours, we finally had to ask a random guest for the code in order to actually get into the property. Vacasa & property management told us the garage spots were unassigned/open as long as you had guest passes, then a resident threatened to tow us for parking their spot. There were no comforters on the beds and no blankets, so you only have sheets! Vacasa also let a cable/internet man into the condo without alerting us, so we walked in to find a stranger in our condo amongst all of our belongings. There was no salt, and the freezer somehow leaked a half gallon of water down the fridge into our groceries. Overall, not a great experience.
