*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing a property modernization project. Located on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world! View sugar-white sand and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico right from your own living room and private balcony! This one-bedroom condominium located on the fifteenth floor offers an unobstructed view of the beach. This professionally decorated condo offers a king bed and queen sofa sleeper. The kitchen is fully stocked even for the most discriminating chef and there are TVs and DVD players available for your entertainment. Bask in the sun or just sit on the balcony and catch up on a good book, whatever it maybe this unit is sure to make great memories for you and your family.
Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Ongoing construction and amenity closures are to be expected. Construction is predicted to be completed Spring 2026.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 15.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Amazing views and amenities!

This property is AMAZING! It was very clean and easy to access on arrival. The description was accurate. They have done some painting and upgraded the furniture from the listed pictures. It was light, bright, and very spacious. Words cannot describe the view from the balcony. Great!!!!!Greatamenities!aacommunication from

Good View but lacked in other areas

Overall it was clean and great views but the bathroom sink was clogged, clear shower curtain held up by 4 hooks and the dishwasher didn’t latch shut. The parking situation was bizarre, if you couldn’t find a parking spot in the hotel you had to park across the street behind an old shut down chick fil a.

Beautiful beachfront condo

The condo was amazing! As soon as you walk thru the door you are drawn to the sliding glass door and the beautiful ocean view! The entire property was so nice. We saw so many dolphins from the balcony! Will definitely be coming back.

No response to emails

The view was lovely, and the bed was comfy, but no response to any emails I sent before we arrived had me upset. The room was not what I requested and had problems with neighbors that would fight at 1:00am often outside our bedroom window. Pocket door in half bath was broken and wouldn't close. Only 2 drinking glasses in kitchen. Old bra left hanging in closet, (was this place cleaned throughout, we were charged a cleaning fee) and so much more.

Nice room, beautiful view

The room was nice. The king bed was super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The shower needs to updated. The shower head is so low you have to crouch to use it. There was a couple lightbulbs that were out, no big deal. There were about 8 remotes? Some had batteries some didn’t? Took us some time but we finally figured out which ones worked for the TVs! The little restaurant there is ok. The drinks are very overpriced for what you get.

Where to start? the initial reception at Sundestin, excellent, the staff very attentive and friendly, the main pool was closed for a full day, of 4 that we enjoyed the weather in Destin Florida, I have to accept that one of the days was stormy and the pool it was closed for part of the afternoon, but the next day the weather was good and the pool remained closed, it has a second pool that is covered and that one was open, we went to enjoy the beach, so it is possible to dispense lo, with respect to room 1506 it has a magnificent view of the beach, the kitchen very well has what is necessary, it does not smell bad, it is decorated in a pleasant way, it has a sofa bed that is garbage, what is a mattress is perfect to ruin your back, you sleep as if it were down, the bedroom, which has a King bed, the mattress is so uncomfortable, because it sinks in such a deep way, that you feel like you are falling, if you are at one end of the mattress , very difficult to discover nsar, I clarify that I am not an overweight person, I am about 190 lbs. and 6' 2" tall and my children are much less. so it is not a problem of being overweight, but that the mattress already has many springs. there is a third bed, which is on a piece of furniture that also houses the sofa that we had already talked about, that third bed that could be said to be a twin is the only one that presents optimal conditions for resting. the bathroom consists of 1 1/2 bathrooms that have a door at the point where the half bathroom meets the full bathroom, this door is useless because it is fallen and does not close properly. room cleanliness is good. the water has a good temperature. the parking lot always gives you an opportunity to park your car and it is safe. the place has a good location. in general it is a good place and in 4 occasions it is the first time that the beds are a disaster.

Great view

It was a great room with a great view. Only downside was the Wi-Fi didn’t work a lot, the shower head was really low and there was a mouse that ate all of our snacks in the middle of the night. I ended up naming the mouse Chip since that seems to be his favorite food. He’s a great roommate, just really hungry all the time.

We loved the unit and my kids definitely enjoyed the sleeping situation in the living room. I do wish the unit had a washer & dryer in the unit as well as a broom for all of the sand we bring in daily. I also would have liked to see more pressure from the shower.

Great Location!

Great location! Our little ones unfortunately had to use the pull-out couch (which only had three springs). Def could use an update on that! The bunk bed wasn’t good for our 4yo due to the wide spacing of the bars. Location was amazing!!

Girls weekend !!!

It was smaller than what we thought from the pics but it was very clean and adorable !!! We will definitely stay here again !!! The owner went above and beyond and bought a Keurig for us to use because we had coffee pods !!! The view from our balcony did not disappoint either !!!

Beachfront view

Wonderful beach and ocean view from the balcony. Comforts of home including full kitchenware for cooking. We were a little disappointed with check in. We arrived at 3:45, did paperwork and where told we couldn't get the key until 4. We checked out the property, went back to the desk at 4 and then had to wait in line for 30 minutes with a crowd of people to get the key. Staggering check in times would aleviate lines for check in and elevators.

Best Condo in Destin

Wow, Sundestin is an amazing building. 1506 was immaculate. Couldn’t ask for a better experience on our beach trip. We will be back and never stay anywhere else but Sundestin.
