Room was right off the elevator right across from washer and dryer so super convenient. Room overlooked pool and hot tub with great view of ocean. Host was super easy to communicate with and super helpful. Location was amazing close to absolutely everything. Overall amazing stay would 100% come back.

Unit was clean and a nice size for a family of four. The Sundestin property was well maintained and had all the necessary amenities. Overall satisfied with our experience.

We had a great stay for spring break. The room was clean, view was incredible and the laundry room was located conveniently across the hall. Such a family friendly place even on spring break. Communication and check in were seamless. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a really great time at Sun Destin! The beach was amazing. Soft white sands and ice blue waters. The condo was nice and perfect for two people, although there were bunk beds there to accommodate two more. The restaurant and bar are great. Good options and beachy drinks. I had the gumbo and shrimp creole. The creole was fantastic! Great location also! Everything you would need is close. Some close enough to walk to and others just a couple miles away. Really enjoyed the stay and looking forward to a return trip!

Great stay

We had a great stay! Room was perfect and Sundestin was within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Beach was amazing. Julie was so easy to work with and great communication.

My children and I had a wonderful trip and an amazing stay at this condo. What truly made our vacation feel like home was the condo owner. When you're traveling alone with children, that sense of comfort is priceless. She checked in with us periodically, making sure we were doing alright and asking if we needed anything. She even put together a list of things to do in the area which was incredibly helpful. The condo itself was absolutely beautiful — spotless, comfortable, and incredibly convenient. And the VIEW… breathtaking (I included pictures of our balcony view). We were just steps away from sinking our toes into the sand. Truly unforgettable. The staff at the property were also extremely kind and accommodating, which made our stay even better.If you’re looking for a cozy, stress‑free beach getaway, this is the place for you. My children and I will definitely be back next year!

Perfect for us!

We enjoyed our stay at Sundestin and this condo was perfect for our family of 4! The condo was very clean, had everything we needed including a nice view of the beach!

Beachfront condo

We had a wonderful time! The owner was also very pleasant and very helpful and answered quickly to any questions I had. Will definitely love to stay here again.

Perfect getaway

We stayed three nights which was the perfect amount. Check in and out was easy. Loved being so close to the beach, plus the kids loved the splash pad, inside and outside pool. The resort has a gift shop and also a restaurant attached. Just a great getaway.

Perfect location

I was looking for a place right on the beach and this is as close as I could get which was perfect location. The beach view is amazing. Everyone at the condo was welcoming and friendly.

Absolutely gorgeous!

My husband and I came down for our second time in Destin. We absolutely love the resort. It was so nice to wake up and see the beach every morning. It was so convenient to everything. The amenities were great. We enjoyed having a store, restaurant and movie rental on site. We would definitely stay at Sun Destin again!

Relaxing

Check in was quick, condo was clean and the location was fantastic. My wife loved the ocean breeze coming in the sliding glass door in the evening. The beach was not as crowded as other condos we have stayed at. David, the umbrella guy, was very helpful and pleasant. Will return in the future.

Great place with direct beach access

Great place for a family of four. Nice and cozy with a nice view. Amenities were awesome. Only cons will be the beds need to be updated as you can literally feel the springs on your back. Other than that, nice location and nice place.

The property was well kept and everything was clean. The customer service was top tier. The condo was very spacious, clean and has everything you needed! Overall would definitely recommend and will be staying there again. Shout out to Julie for being so kind and helpful!

Very family friendly

We enjoyed our stay and as long as the rates stay good and fair we will stay again in the future. Very family friendly resort. Kids loves the splash bad and beach and pool. My only advice would be if any future renovations to the resort are done make the pool bigger. This condo and resort are a little older but are in great condition and the whole process was a blast! Thank you.

Perfect long weekend get away

The view was amazing! The the accommodations were clean and well kept. The facility had amazing features like the restaurant, gym, and shop. Staff were amazingly kind and helpful. If I have to find things to critique-it’s be tiny things like there was a salt and pepper shaker with no salt or pepper. Also couldn’t locate oven mitts or filters for coffee. These little basics would be a nice touch in the kitchen.

The property was under renovation for 1 1/2 years and noisy and dirty! There was constant grinding and pounding noise after 8 am. Many guys parked in the limited parking area! The room needed renovation and had paint peeling and light switches that didn’t work! Had a nice view and pool. The window's looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years! The place was not as advertised and would never stay there again.

Balcony has a AC Condenser on it.

We got there and the AC was not working. They were very quick to fix the issue. it was a nice place to stay but I did NOT like the AC condenser on the balcony. Its was very annoying when it would kick on and make so much noise. the view was beautiful!

Hi Ann, I am glad that you found the condo to be nice and the view to be beautiful. The units in the building have the ACs on the balcony, but they are set off to the side and out of the way. Plus this AC is brand new and much quieter. Thank you for vacationing with us! All the best, Julie

Uncomfortable bed, smelly and unclean

When we arrived, there was hair all over the bathroom floor and living room. There were gnats in the kitchen area. A few of the dishes were unclean. The master bed is extremely uncomfortable and makes a horrible noise whenever you shift. There is a horrible musty smell when the air is running. The balcony was a cluster-toys scattered and 6 chairs laying around. There is a small ocean view on one side and the other is covered by the pool house. The only thing worthy is the short walk to the beach, the location and the amenities. Quite pricey for being unclean, smelly and uncomfortable.

Evan, I am incredibly surprised by this review. I texted you the day after you arrived and when I asked how everything was, you replied, "Everything is great". After seeing this review, I even double checked our texts because I was surprised and you seemed happy when texting with me. You never once told me of any issues which we would have been happy to address. The view of the ocean is as shown in the listing. The photos of the view were taken from the unit. We have an on-site maintenance staff that will be glad to fix any thing. The king memory foam mattress is brand new so if there is a sound maybe the bed frame needed tightening. We would have had the cleaners return to fix anything you were unhappy with. It is really unfair to tell us all is great while you are here and then give us such an awful review without allowing us an opportunity to address them. I wish you all the best, Julie Youmans
