This contemporary unit has a king, queen, and a sofa bed and sleeps 6. With 3 TVs, 1 DVD player, and CD stereo system, you will enjoy all the comforts of home. With this being a corner unit you can enjoy the gulf front view plus the view over Destin from the extra window in the master bedroom.

The pool on beach was beautiful. Our frustrations were with communication of check in process, we received the incorrect code for door, were given different instructions on pool access by staff on the bands you wear, shower heads need updated, beds were okay but not very comfortable. The location was the best part.

Wonderful Vacation

This property is at a great location! We always enjoy our stay here! Rhe proower6 is nicely appointed and spacious. Only complaint would be they should xonaidwe uodari f xouxh and loveseat.

Perfect view and location!

This property is in the perfect location! You can't beat the view from the balcony. Very easy to access the beach with a short walk. All amenities were great and clean. If the beds were comfortable I would have given this condo a 5 star!

Location Great, but don't try to check in early . . .

The location and condo were great. however, customer service was lacking. Seeing the cleaning crew leave the condo and it was ready, we were denied early check-in.

We love to stay here! The location is fabulous and the home spacious. However a couple issues....We pay a relatively high cleaning fee..so to walk in and see hair all over the first bathroom, bathrrom rugs thet clearly were not washhed in between guests and a filthy accent pillow on the secondary bedroom, is disappointing. The wmtry area tile "crunched" in a few places. Every pan we used had to be washed prior due to it being dirty. We had a significant water issue where water was seeping up between the tiles by the washer and the entry door. This happen approx 9p.m. We could hear the water running and dripping but did not have access to assess the problem. 12 hrs later we still had not heard from management so I called and left another message and went down to the office..no one there. Now there is water seeping up everywhere. I had to put towels down. It seems to me that water issues would be addressed immediately. Finally maintenance called and let me know it was fixed and the issue was the AC drain. I guess it has done this before. But I was left with 2 loads of towels to wash.

Good location - dirty unit

The location was great. View and private beach were wonderful. However, the unit was very dirty and furniture was worn out. Rugs not washed in bathroom, dirty and wet towels in bathroom, rust and mold in bathrooms. The smoke detector went off at midnight.

Absolutely gorgeous views of the Gulf from the living room and the master bedroom! There was even a window in the second (smaller) bedroom that had a view. This condo was perfect for me, my husband, our baby, and my mother. My mother was able to have her own bedroom and bathroom during our 5-night stay. We were able to walk to Captain Dave's, Kenny D's, and Pompano Joe's for food. We also enjoyed private beach access right across the street. Cannot wait to return to Leeward Key 1102!

A Little room

There is a little room for improvement on cleaning a pile of sand underneath the bureau underneath the TV in the front room, several light bulbs were out in refrigerator water filter needed to be changed, and they never contacted us other than that spectacular view great time great place Would appreciate using them again.

Not the same Cleanliness as year before

The view is awesome, we stayed last year and were happy. This year, it was not clean, a smashed spider was on the wall, the dishes in the cabinets had food all over them, the rugs were filthy. Disappointed this year.

Would definitely stay again

Our room was very clean, the property was great, you never had to wait on the elevators and the location was fantastic as well! Our room also had the most beautiful views. The few things I didn't care for would not keep me from staying here again by any means. If you are a disabled and stairs are an issue for you it will be very difficult to get to the beach. We had a wagon with us and it was not eas getting down the steps. Also the Beach chair set up is a little much. I had asked if we had chairs and an umbrella with our room and was told no so we brought chairs and an umbrella with us. The entire beach area for our condo was taken up by chairs and umbrellas for the rooms that provided them even if the people didn't come out to the beach. You couldn't set up and umbrella in front of anything that was already there without being asked to take it down. we just used the top of our umbrella to lean over our wagon to keep our coolers cool and apparently even that was a problem. When we came out the next day we were asked not to do that either. The good new is I found out that we did in fact have a chairs and umbrella with our room so it worked out. The last thing was we had our wet chairs sitting right outside our door so we didn't drag wet chairs through our condo. we had no plans top leave them out all night but within 30 minutes we had a door tag stating that we could not leave our personal items in the common areas. So for anyone that is wanting to rent there do not leave you personal things outside your door even if you are an end unit and no one has to walk past them. All and all we had a great time and experience here and would definitely stay again.
