We had the most amazing stay in the Loft as part of our recent stay in Annecy. The Loft has so much charm and character, along with all you can ask for in terms of location, amenities and views. Incredible gem in Old Town Annecy

We were incredibly delighted with our stay at this property. It's location is uniquely wonderful and the amenities were all you could wish for. Alexandra, the property manager, was helpful and her kindness made the process so easy. We can't wait to come back. If you are looking to stay in Annecy old town, don't look further. 10/10 recommend this place.

Perfect Location, Amazing Apartment

If you plan to spend a lot of time in the old town in Annecy, you will find no better apartment than this one. It is perfectly located on the canal next to the most photographed site in Annecy, and is convenient to everything, including the main parking. The apartment is simply beautiful, and perfect for a couple who want to spend a few days like a local. We have nothing, but positive things to say about the apartment AND the lovely host.

Most Charming Apartment in Annecy!

Words can’t describe how beautiful this apartment is. We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment, the most beautiful place we have stayed in on our travels, and it was in the perfect location. it was very quiet in the apartment, and the views were spectacular. Alexandra was very helpful, kind, and attentive. We highly recommend this apartment and the host. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the apartment and Annecy.

Absolutely phenomenal!

I stayed here from 15-18 of April and it was absolutely wonderful. Alexandra was one of THE best hosts and was so amazing about showing me around the appartment as well as putting a nice little book together for everything to do and see in Annecy. She made me feel so welcome which made me feel so much better about being in France by myself. As for the appartment, it really truly felt like my home away from home. You have some of the most wonderful views from the main floor and if the weather permits you can open the doors and hear the sounds of the water below. Annecy is such an incredible little place and everyone is so nice and welcoming! I can't wait to return sometime next year!

Alexandra est une super host! L’appartement est au cœur du vieux Annecy à deux pas de tout ce qu’il y a à voir et faire! Le loft sur 3 étages est grand et spacieux. Très très propre et moderne je vous le recommande fortement!

Luxus Apartment in perfekter Lage

Wir haben einen Raodtrip durch Europa gemacht und dies war definitv die beste Unterkunft. Ein ganz besonderes Apartment über 3 Level. Sehr hochwertige und geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Alles super sauber und im sehr guten Zustand. Die Lage ist perfekt mitten in der Altstadt. Natürlich sehr belebt und dadurch nicht leise, aber dafür sehr kurze Wege, und man ist mitten drin. Wir haben das sehr genossen insbesondere weil an dem Wochenende Fete du Lac Feuerwerk stattfand. Eigenen Parkplatz gibt es leider nicht aber, 10 min Fussweg gibt es ein öffentliches Parkhaus mit 2,3,5 Tages Pakete. Der Service von Alexandra war aussergewöhnlich kundenfreundlich. Profesionelles Auftreten, sehr flexibel bei Check-in/out, schnelle Kommunikation über WhatsApp auch am Wochenende und tolle Unterlagen mit Empfehlungen zur Freizeitgestaltung und Infrastruktur, so dass man nicht zum Touristbüro gehen muss. Absolute Weiterempfehlung.

Best view in Annecy!

If you want to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Annecy, this is the apartment for you! Right on the canal with a view of the lake and castle, this chic apartment is awesome. We loved the sophisticated decor and art as well as being able to watch all the activity of this unique town from our balcony. Alexandra was there to meet us and gave helpful suggestions of where to eat and things to do. This apartment is special and unique....a rare spot that puts you in the middle ( but 3 floors above) all the activity of this charming place.

Великолепные апартаменты в двух минутах ходьбы от Островного дворца. Роскошный дизайн. Наяву все выглядит еще лучше, чем на фотографиях. Изумительный вид из окон на церковь, канал и озеро. Очень удобная лестница в спальную зону. Собственная терраса с видом на средневековый замок. Два санузла и огромная ванная комната с ванной, отличным душем и сауной. Есть все необходимое для комфортного и длительного проживания : отлично оборудованная кухня, стиральная и сушильная машины. Вся техника функционируют великолепно. Кондиционирование помещения устроено наилучшим образом. В квартиру можно подняться на собственном лифте. Рядом озеро, все достопримечательности, магазины, ресторанчики в шаговой доступности. Несмотря на огромное количество туристов, в квартире тихо. Покой, свежесть и удобный матрас дают возможность прекрасно выспаться и восстановить силы. Мы приехали в Анси намного раньше времени заезда. Но владельцы апартаментов пошли нам на встречу и сделали все возможное, чтобы ускорить наше заселение. Ровно в назначенное время очаровательная Александра встретила нас в дверях дома, провела полный инструктаж, дала полезные советы. Кроме этого в гостинной много печатной информации по Анси и окрестностям. Для любителей технических новинок-эта квартира с изюминкой, управление светом, жалюзи и кондиционером принесет новый интересный опыт. Всем, кто ценит удобство, комфорт, интересные дизайнерские решения рекомендуем эти апартаменты.
