Located right below the gondola of Steamboat Ski Resort, this gorgeous ski-in/out chalet is ready to give your family the vacation you've been waiting for. Inside, a spacious and bright interior is dressed with lots of comfortable furniture, a handsome brick wall with an inlaid gas fireplace, and attractive wall art. The full kitchen is loaded with plenty of appliances and counter space to turn out your next culinary adventure, and your guests will love eating at the dining table with seating for six. Watch the gondola take skiers up the mountain while you savor your first cup of morning coffee from the comfort of the private balcony, then get ready to head up yourself. You'll have many terrific ski slopes like Main Drag and Lower Concentration for advanced skiers and Ted's Ridge and Vertigo for the experts. Later, come home to wrap up an evening with a visit to the shared hot tub.

The restaurants and shops in the Village are great places to window shop or grab a bite to eat. The kids will love taking skate lessons, enjoying ice-rink bumper cars, and watching games when you take them to Howelsen Ice Arena, just four miles north. You can fish, walk, and bike along the boardwalk of Rotary Park Boardwalk, and you'll have a great hike when you visit the Yampa River Core Trail.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
