Made for a couple's getaway or your next family vacation is Tie One On The River. This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath cabin is located right on the Coosawattee River where you can fish right from the bank or sit around the fire pit and listen to the sounds of the river. Hungry? Test out your skills in the kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances and everything you need to cook a meal. After dinner- relax in the downstairs entertainment area and watch TV or enjoy the sunset while soaking in the 6-person hot tub. Conveniently located minutes from downtown Ellijay where you can find shopping and unique dining. Looking to explore more of the North Georgia mountains? Check out Blue Ridge 20 minutes north for family activities and adventure! What are you waiting for? Come to Tie One On The River!

Tie One On The River is a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom cabin that can sleep up to six (6) guests and offers the following:
King Master on MAIN with private bath with shower and bathtub
King bedroom on the UPPER level
King bedroom on the UPPER level
Shared 1/2 bathroom on the MAIN level
Great room with 55" Flat-screen TV with gas burning fireplace (gas active Oct. 1st-Apr. 1st)
Hot Tub
WIFI

Terrace level living area with 75" Flat-screen TV + arcade games

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:

Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide complimentary start-up supplies of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

A representative reached out several times, first to confirm our reservation, offer information on the area, places to go & then after we checked in to see if we needed anything. Our stay at Tie one on the River was perfect! The property is well stocked, maintained, and has great amenities. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked. Grills on the porch allowed for a quiet evening with a movie and gaming in the basement. The view is incredible, and the hot tub is a perfect way to unwind. Excellent reservation process, amenities, communication with staff, and instructions for check in and out

Had a wonderful time. Super layout. Only snag was condition of lower walkway to beach. Likely from a recent heavy rain and subsequent runoff which is no fault to owners.

We had a blast and hope to return next year. Friendly staff. Everything was clean! It’s always a risk staying at someone else’s house. This is even more of a risk during a pandemic. I appreciate that there was liquid hand soap in every bathroom and in the kitchen. There were also plenty of towels.

See above. Thank you! Great trip and we will be back! We have stayed at this property twice in the last year. August 2020 and May 2021. We loved it so much the first time so we wanted to come back! It has been a perfect stay for us - for an adult getaway and then for a family getaway. We love this property and will definitely return! It’s always been a pleasure when I’ve had to communicate with anyone at Blue Sky. Very good experience.

Tie One On The River is an awesome property. Perfect for anyone needing to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. My only negative is that housekeeping could have done a little better job. Overall cleanliness was good but there were a few things that needed additional cleaning. I had little contact with team but the few times I did everything was handled professionally and in a timely manner.

Walking in the front door you feel like your home. The cabin is beautifully furnished and very clean. All the beds and furniture is very comfy. The owners obviously take pride in their home. It is decorated beautifully and even includes a game room for the kids.(something for everyone) The nice part, they share their beautiful home with us!!! This place will not disappoint. Tie one on the river is a beautiful, well kept, clean cabin. My grandson loved being on the river and of course the game room. OH!! and all the deer.....It was just amazing watching them walk right up the driveway. They weren't afraid. We saw the babies Every staff member I have ever contacted was exemplary. They know the properties well, most they have personally visited and if they haven't they still find out any answers to questions you may have, IE: Is the cabin easy to get to, is it gravel or concrete driveway, is 4WD needed etc. The staff is always friendly and eager to help. I have rented several different cabins from Blue Sky....I have never been disappointed. The Cabins are well kept, clean and well stocked (except for food of course). I would and have recommended Blue Sky to friends and family
