R & R River Retreat is a beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath 3 story full log home right on the Coosawattee River and offers: wood burning fireplace, TV's with access to Hulu+ Live TV and Roku for streaming. (DOES NOT HAVE DISHTV) hot tub, sauna, fire-pit, pool table, screened porch, deer feeders, WIFI and indoor sauna. As one of Sliding Rock Cabin's pet friendly properties - there are no pet fees and has a FENCED YARD.
The Main floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. 1 bedroom has a king bed and TV, and the other has a queen bedroom with DVD player that is BluRay and WIFI compatible (no cable).
Upstairs master suite has a pillow top king bed, TV, bathroom and private porch & Keurig coffee maker.
The patio level has the third full bathroom, game room with pool table and TV with DVD player that is BluRay and WIFI compatible.

Hike the Ellijay and Blue Ridge mountain trails, try your hand at fly fishing, then in the evening watch the river flow by, or cuddle up next to the fireplace and watch an old movie on your large screen TV. Maybe sleep in late on the King Size upstairs master bed and have coffee on your private covered porch. R & R River Retreat is a perfect getaway for up to six people. No cats-owner is very allergic. We encourage you to protect your vacation investment with a travel insurance of your choice.

Coosawattee River Resort offers for free: 5 river parks for fishing with no license needed, a petting barn, suspension bridge and a fenced dog park. Both the bridge and fenced dog park are within walking distance of R & R.
Coosawattee River Resort charges a $59 gate fee for all reservations, plus a $20 resort fee paid through Sliding Rock Cabins and we submit it to the resort. If a reservation is made within 2 business days of arrival, the resort charges an additional $20. There is an amenity card provided for every reservation. If it is not returned to Sliding Rock Cabins, there is a $120 fee to replace it. Coosawattee River Resort has implemented fines for certain behaviors while occupying the cabin. These fees will be charged to the guest, and guests agree to paying these fines via security deposit or authorizing a credit card charge:
- Reckless Endangerment, trash, littering; $150
-Noise complaints: $250 and above
-Discharge of Firearms & unattended fires $500

Near the resort is: Coosawattee Tubing Company and Noah's Ark Animal Rescue.
The town of Ellijay offers: Walmart, Ingies, many restaurants, Abby's Ice Cream parlor and a new theatre. Also in Gilmer county are many wineries.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING/NO SHOW/EARLY DEPARTURE: Each cabin is privately owned and cancellations affect owners significantly. Cancellations, rescheduling, or changes must be submitted in writing and confirmed received by Sliding Rock Cabins® more than thirty-one (31) days prior to the original check-in date in order to receive refund, less a Sixty Five Dollar ($65) cancellation fee. Said changes regardless of reason made within thirty-one (31) days of your original check-in date will result in a forfeiture of all moneys paid. All moneys paid are non-transferable to another rescheduled date. Refunds will be given if Agent can re-book said dates with another guest limited to the extent of rebooking. Agents are not responsible for Guests inability to arrive or if Guests chooses to depart early for any reason, or if members of Guests party do not show up.
