Pen Bryn Llan is a lovely detached cottage situated next to the owner's home, on their smallholding, on the outskirts of the village of Llannefydd, just five miles from Denbigh. The cottage sleeps nine people and has one king-size double bedroom with en-suite, one king-size double and one family room with three single and family bathroom and family wet room. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with breakfast bar, summer room with dining area, sitting room and snug with sofa bed. To the rear of the cottage is off road parking for three cars and a side patio with rear decking and furniture. Pen Bryn Llan is a delightful cottage from which to explore this lovely part of the country. Note: This property does not accept worker bookings.
